The service is good in general. However, we met the strike during our stay so that the cleaning was only done once upon request. To compensate the situation, free breakfast was offered to us.

The time of my arrival to Vancouver was already pretty late in the evening of late Dec 2021 and the weather was bad. It snowed heavily. Luckily, I was able to hop on the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel at the Departure Level of Vancouver International Airport right away and check-in smoothly to a warm & comfortable environment. Without the proper footwear for this kind of weather, it is rather difficult to go anywhere on foot. When I asked for a direction of the shopping centre near by, the staff at front desk were helpful. During my 3-night stay at the hotel, I dined in couple of times at the restaurant inside the hotel. The food on average were good and within my expectations. For the room I stayed in, despite the heater was on, I still felt the room a bit cold. I guessed it was due to the heat loss from the large single glazed sliding door. Noise was generated from the heater through out the night and it was rather disturbing.

Over priced for the location. Only people needing to get to the airport would pay this price for a basic hotel room.

Most of the hotel room types are one bedroom and one living room, but the bathroom entrance is in the living room, so it is not convenient to use. As a hotel near the airport, it is a bit tasteless. Try not to book a room here on the first floor. The balcony is connected to the parking lot behind.
