服務極差，前台沒有人接待，打了幾個酒店電話也沒有人接聽，等了半天終於看到酒店的人，打招呼也不理會，再次詢問前台的人怎麼不在，衹是回答等着。等到前天終於出來辦理入住，沒有聽到一句讓客户久等的歉意，好像等着她是應該的。就沒見過服務這麼差的酒店。

The Graduate Hotel met our expectations: It was conveniently located in the heart of the city, it had character and a history, was affordable and its staff were pleasant and helpful. The quality of the food and service at the restaurants at the The Graduate were an unexpected bonus.

This property has a great location with a friendly front desk staff. The bed was very comfortable and our corner room was quiet. With renovations ongoing at the property expect construction noise between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Additionally, check-in at 4 p.m. was exceptionally slow due to only 1 person initially working. Waits for the elevators can be long as not all are currently in working order.

Fire alarm went off around 930 pm, went down 13 flights of stairs, two staff were at desk acting like nothing is going on. No guidance, no communication, stood on the side of the street with other guests, no staff or management ever came to tell us anything. About 20 minutes after, the alarm was still going off, no fire truck came to clear the building a staff member came out and motioned us to come in, no words, just waved us in. Two minor issues, a big hole in the bath towel and the pump with the conditioner in it in the shower was broken. The guy doing valet was great in explaining to me how the parking on the street worked, I was able to park for free 1/2 a block away. Very limited selections for breakfast, but guy working was accommodating and made my son a "chocolate" flavored coffee. Checkout was easy.

More food options between breakfast and when the bar counter opens. More food and beverage options as a grab and go choice. We really appreciated the complimentary, self service ice water. There was no vending machines, no ice on our floor. The bed was insanely comfortable! Our room was in a corner and had no outside noise like foot traffic and that was a blessing! Asia was so kind and welcoming. The rest of the staff and construction workers were very hospitable as well. You all need a fly wind deterrent at the entrances. There were so many flies and gnats. The decor was so cool. Loved the VCU Rams and the Arthur Ash tennis prints. The Byrdhouse was so cool. We live rooftop views, so breathtaking. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you!

We wanted housekeeping and asked at the desk specifically to have our room cleaned on the second day of our 4 day stay and we came back that evening to get ready for dinner, it was exactly what we left. We struggled with the elevators constantly- if you were going down, it would take you up all to each floor where some one had also hit the button and again on the way down again. One trip took us from the 5th floor to the 8th, 11th, 15th, 12th, 8th,6th, 5th and finally the lobby. I got on the elevator a different time and on my way up from the lobby, I had to wait for maintenance to bring an ac unit onto the elevator and housekeeping put their cart on to send it further upstairs! The front desk and bar were unmanned for 15 minutes straight on different occasions. And in spite of what Trip Advisor and ******* say— there is not a pool. So, Hilton can’t get information on travel websites corrected?!?!?
Find a different place to stay.

I was given a king size room, even though the reservation was for 2 queens. Only 1 elevator was working and apparently they had been out all week. Ridiculous.
Then the cars keys weren’t working. It literally took 4 trips to the front desk to get into a room. I was very frustrated.

Excellent stay. My only complaint is I had to wait until they found someone to check me in. No one was at the front desk. Two people finally came by but did not have a login to the computer??? It took 20 minutes before they found someone to check me in.
