Except staff and food all other service was bad. Very bad carpets and bad odours. Beds and sheets were bad. Bathroom was accessible and had water spill out of bath. Door locks broken.
We tried to book another hotel and didn’t get them as it was late night. Since it was non refundable we had to adjust.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever booked on *******. The reviews were not accurate by any means. The hotel smelled like pot throughout and the cleaning staff had sprayed massive amounts of air freshener to cover it up. There were roaches in the bathroom, and the AC sounded like a truck engine all night and left all our belongings wet. Additionally, the bathroom had mold and the bedding appeared yellow. We couldn’t leave faster. Will never stay at another Best Western and will reconsider booking through ******* from now on.

Great restaurant/bar attached to hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Very good value for money, and good location if traveling on I-95.

Lackluster facilities
Location was convenient. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic!
The negatives included finding a cockroach in the bathroom of the first room we were assigned to. There was a musty mildew smell that couldn’t be overlooked. The tub also needed to be repainted to remove brown spots. We asked to be moved to another room and were accommodated but there was still a mildew smell.
No complimentary water in the room . Let’s try a little harder Best Western Premiere. I’ve lodged at your brand before and this one was a disappointment.
