"The hotel facilities are average and the location is not bad. At 200 dollars per night, the price/performance ratio is very poor. This time I encountered a boiler failure, no hot water and no breakfast. What I'm quite satisfied with is that the hotel refunded the full amount, which is kind of a courtesy."

"On the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options. It is also a lovely historic property full of character. On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up. Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it."

"Clean rooms, friendly front desk service. Restaurant and bar are closed but it’s right across the street from the tobacco factory and it’s food and environment are amazing! Great location and safe area to walk the streets too! We will be back for sure!"

AAnonymous UserThree people booked a family room for a trip. The room was large enough, but it lacked a large enough table. In addition, the upper bunk bed may not have been designed with central air conditioning in mind. The air outlet is at the head of the bed, which not only blows towards people, but also makes a lot of noise when sleeping at night.
Let me talk about the price again. I really admire this agent. He collected 1,500 yuan a night and then went to ******* to order a room for 150 yuan a night. He really has a business mind.

GGuest UserThe feel of the property is welcoming from the time one enters the lot. Nestled away from the busy Midlothian Turnpike traffic, one would hardly believe there’s a bustling metropolis beyond the trees! The staff was attentive and the attentions to COVID-19 guidelines was so on point. The room was meticulously cleaned. The noon check out was a godsend.

GGuest UserI wonder if the sheets have been changed? The sheets of both beds are dirty! A hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night is really not worth it. There is not even a bottle of bottled water! The hair dryer is broken again! Very bad, very bad
