Premier Inn London Richmond

good!

We stayed here after arriving by train. A nice easy walk from the station . We had a room on floor 2 , facing the back which was fine. Very pleased to have a window that allows fresh air in! Perfect base to walk to Kew Gardens along some of the very pretty tree lined roads of Richmond. We also caught a train to Windsor for the day , which was a beautiful town to wander around . Keen to come back and explore more!

Room 108 Directly overlooking the main road which wouldn't matter if you could close the window. Unfortunately, you won't want to as the heat in the room is like a sauna. The room is directly above the reception area so maybe the hot pipes run underneath the room? Anyway, uncomfortably hot. The room smells of damp mold and is next to the main fire door which means every open and close shakes the bed. Black mould around the bath. Comfortable mattress, good shower flow and friendly staff at check in. A fairly unpleasant experience from a guest perspective.

Large family group, stayed to attend a funeral. There was a bit of building work going on and the retaurant windows were very grubby due to this. Room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the bar had no draught beer and they ran out of bottled beer. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the lady on service was lovely

Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Room was clean was very warm but you can open window. Quiet room. Check in not overly friendly but got the job done. Parking managed to get a space £20 24 hours. Location great for town and train station. Ideal travelling to Wembley. Unfortunately the breakfast was not good. This is the second time we have stayed here both times had bad breakfast experience . Food was cold and not a lot left at 10.00 Would not eat breakfast there again.

Not as advertised. No milk in room both days/nights. Snacks LOL, two tiny bars of chocolate. Wi-fi only for one guest. Bed always comfortable. Quiet. Nicer bathroom. Definitely not worth the extra money.

I would like to acknowledge Armando at Premier Inn, Richmond for providing excellent customer service, to not only myself, but to all other guests during my stay. Checking guests in, seating guests in the restaurant, taking orders, serving food, making drinks all whilst maintaining polite, positive and professional attitude. Thank you.

Great location near to Kew Gardens and Richmond. Good, large room with expected facilities. Nice clean kettle. Next to the main road, but not bothered by the noise. Comfortable bed, good lighting. Minor points were mould in the bathroom and the pedal bin did not work. Good security.
