"I have been accomodated in this hotel for two nights only, attending a meeting in its facilities. The park is vaste, the hotel itself is old, with large and high rooms, difficult to heat, and requesting a lot of improvements. The breakfast is minimalist, italian style - a lot of sweets and pastries. The rooftop terrace could be nice during good weather. Be aware, the property is far from the city, aprox 4 km walking, and there is nothing to do in the area. In lack a rental car you are literally stucked there. So. choose wisely when book!"

Midway through our stay, we were told to pack up and move to another location due to overbooking—instead of accommodating new arrivals, they disrupted us. They prohibited outside food, yet when we went to the restaurant, we weren’t allowed to order; they simply brought us food without choice. The overall treatment felt rude and dismissive. I did not feel respected as a guest, and it seemed clear they wanted us out. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
