Booked through Trip.com, got a discount using points, and the hotel upgraded us to a premium class room. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with 1.5 bathrooms and quality amenities. I wasn't disappointed. The breakfast was excellent, 10/10, and all for a very reasonable price too!

FREE COFFEE downstairs. Meeting rooms on the ground floor. Sauna is also ok. Breakfast - slightly overprised. Some stains on the carpet. Room cleaning service is very good. Quite large TV screens.

Excellent location, near night life and city exploring. But carpets and interior looks very dated and worn. Also not great for couples if you want a queen bed. Had to connect two beds together.

Lovely hotel, clean, off road parking. Friendly staff. Asked for coffee sachets in the room, they never arrived after being promised twice that they would be sent up. Dinner was awful, menus not clear as to what was on offer. Buffett breakfast, lots of choice.
