This place is simply horrible. Bad rooms, heat, dirty and noise in the building. So unpleasent! It is very bad such a place is even advertised and someone wants to charge money for that. Simply to bad, I cannot tell it different. Please really do not go there at all!!

we wanted to stay here but when we saw the false advertising and pictures that dont represent the place, we dedided to stay elsewhere i think the owner should stop advertising this place as premium while it is clearly entry level

Misleading images on here. Very hot place. I told Ramune I cannot stay in such a place -farrrr from a suite like they advertise-, we agreed eventually she would put a no show and said booking would give the money back. Again misleading. So far, no money was returned. 200 EUR in her pocket, while she can easily rent out the place to others and make money again. In your face, she looks like a nice woman, but trust me, you can stay in really nice places in Riga for the same money, with airconditioning (in summer) and without being misleaded. As she has only a few reviews, and one which she even put by herself, it looks like a nice place. Trust me, avoid at ALL costs. Greetings from a well traveled guy who knows what he s talking about. I also used to live in Riga for 10 years.

Je suis allé à Rīga pour la 4e fois mais c'était la 1ere fois dans cet établissement. Et sur place j'ai annulé ma réservation, au vu de la chambre proposée, bien différente des photos alléchantes : une petite chambre, un matelas bien défoncé, des pseudo draps en simili satin totalement usés et rugueux, une salle de bain bien salle (de la crasse sur les plaintes, un carrelage poussiéreux et défoncé), un bac de douche bas avec un simple rideau qui de toute évidence fera couler l'eau dans la pièce... et j'en passe. Cela nous a coûté in fine 184 euros alors que nous n'y avons pas du tout dormi. Évidemment la propriétaire a refusé de nous rembourser ne serait-ce qu'une partie de ce coût. A éviter, d'autant plus que la qualité des hôtels sur Riga est en général plutot bonne
