參加完松讚的團想繼續去珠峯，但是松贊沒有這條線路和酒店提供了，所以衹能自己包車，滿懷期待的選了這個號稱對標松讚的品牌，住了兩晚，體驗到了很多糟點，別説跟松贊差距太遠了，就是一般酒店也遇不到這麼多糟心事。 怎麼説呢，商家的想法很好很細緻，也有實力提供硬件設施，但是軟件服務跟不上，致使在落地執行中有糟點滿滿。入住時感歎處處真棒，入住後不斷糟心無奈。 首先優點確實很多：新開業、環境好、有設計感、面積大。室內有圖書室、藏醫館、SPA、臨摹體驗、茶室、唐卡畫室、藏香製作…室外有花園、水系、棧橋、濕地，還養着幾頭氂牛，服務人員熱情，硬件和軟件上都提供一些細節設施和服務，但問題也出在這些細節上，比如： 1、房間沒有電話，入住加工作人員微信，有事衹能找這個工作人員，不回覆就等着，或者自己再跑去前台問。 2、最氣憤的就是這點，重大失誤！入住的時候問了説基本滿房，但是早餐卻不開自助，都是套餐形式，可以在餐廳吃，也可以送到房間，建議送到房間吃，最早的開餐時間是8點。好吧，按照建議選擇送到房間，結果第二天沒人送，想着等一會兒吧，就等到快8:30，這時就不對勁了，微信聯繫工作人員問怎麼回事了，結果一直不回覆，那就微信通話聯繫，倒是接聽了，結果居然是忘了這事，真是離了個大譜！最後是快9點才送到，耽誤了我的行程。而且粥是加糖的，沒有之前詢問，沒有其它選擇。還有就是房間沒有桌椅，衹能在沙發和茶几上撅着屁股彎腰吃，以後還是選擇去餐廳吃吧。 3、全屋智能化，有地暖、彌散式供氧、加濕器…但是牆上的供氧液晶屏正對着其中一張床，晚上睡覺直接照亮臉。玄關是感應燈，也關不掉，半夜上廁所走過就亮，影響另一人睡覺。 4、為了設計感，設計的房內不是平地，床和沙發之間有台階，容易摔倒。 5、浴池是石頭砌的，又深又大，提供浴鹽，有外窗景。看着挺好吧，但是沒法使用，因為水温不夠熱，水流又小，放滿很慢，而且早涼了，根本泡不了。 6、沒想到還提供泡腳桶，但是泡腳桶在台階下的沙發區，要自己抬到浴室加水後再抬回去，又沉又要過那個台階。 7、有藏醫問診、唐卡畫室、焚香製作、臨摹、茶室、按摩…除了臨摹是自己寫之外，其餘的項目都要預約，而且還不是每天都能約到老師的，得看緣分。 8、有歡迎水果、甜品麪包、雅安藏茶，甚至都有焚香，但是入住發現燒水壺裡有半壺水，應該是保潔人員疏忽了。提供滴漏咖啡器、濾紙，卻沒有咖啡。 9、浴室的玻璃門下面沒有擋水條，洗完澡外面的洗手池區域都是水。 10、房門沒有阻尼器，關門框框響。 11、晚上房間斷網，工作人員忙了半天才連上。 總的來説感覺管理者和工作人員都很想提供最好的硬件設施和軟件服務，但卻沒有作為使用者去親身體驗一下，很多地方設計不合理或者無法落地執行，設計和使用是脱節的。經理態度特別好，也提出了一些補償措施，可能是我跟這酒店八字不合吧。 不想給差評是因為環境真的很好，甚至已經種草了江西釣源古村店。希望酒店能把軟件服務改進一下。捨得重金投資硬件，後續軟件服務卻跟不上，太可惜了。
