The staff make this place; efficient, professional, friendly, ever helpful, and always happy. Every single one smiled and wanted to help. Whoever trains them should be proud. The hotel is well thought out, has the most wonderful restaurant particularly for a gourmet dinner; and breakfast is an event too. Downside for us, and in no way a criticism of the hotel, the close by sports bar disco is unbearable for noise. And for some reason yapping dogs are paraded along the promenade; but that reflects more on the owners. One thing we would change was the oversized bath in the superb room. It wasn't practical and the space would be better suited to a couple of arm chairs and coffee table. Great location for accessing many interesting places and that wonderful staff will give you all the advice you need.

Iconic Rimini hotel. We loved the historic exterior and public areas, especially the Fellini lounge. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing, if rather small given the size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. On the negative side, the bedroom had a period charm but the furniture was old and not in an antique way. There was also a lot of ambient noise from the fridge which we disconnected at night and the AC, which we never managed to shut down. The bathroom in particular could do with a serious refurb. The spa looked good but we weren't going to pay Eur 80 per person just to use the sauna and sit by the indoor pool. There is a private beach but charging up to Eur 95 for loungers is a steep extra - that said, the room rate was reasonable. Service was polite but not exceptional. On the whole, we enjoyed the hotel but it is teetering on the edge of looking tired, some major investment will be necessary sooner rather than later.

It is a very original hotel, starting from the reception, but the rooms ( rather cold and uncomfortable) have a number of problems. Nothing taken near the bed to load the cell (and small comforts), TV nearly sticking next to the bed, you come the torch, horrible neon-like lights, that before you see which switch on one or shut off the other, spends a lot of time ... without talking about small lamps next to bed, from very bad light and that are not still fixed and fold inexorably. The bathroom has a number of problems, shower not separated even from a tent, very little light. In short, it seems that the architect or designer has not taken into account the basic needs that a hotel room requires, thinking only about design and aesthetics, which is questionable. Two points I found positive: staff, courtesy and professional, and breakfast with good choice and quality with a perfect service with a very nice staff!

Stayed at this hotel just one night before heading to San Marino. The location is superb,just two blocks from Rimini train station. The hotel is at the corner of street. The lobby is clean and staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and spacious,not very modern but very neat. I have the corner room at the highest floor with good view and a small balcony that can stand there to enjoy the view. The bed is average,the bathroom is bright and water power was excellent. Room provides free coffee and tea, a small safe and slipper. The breakfast was average but adequate with hot items. Coming out from lobby turn right,walk strait then you will arrive at Piazza Tre Martiri, the old part of Rimini. The stone bridge of Rimini also walkable around ten minutes from hotel. Surrounding the hotel don’t have eating place,just a simple chinese restaurant in front of the hotel. But at old town there are plenty of restaurants. As this is a business hotel then no swimming pool and kids playing area. Considering the location,then highly recommended for those who plan a short stay in Rimini.

The hotel was assigned to us after buying a package for the first year. From outside it appears immediately old and kept bad. At the reception we were welcomed with humor and jokes that define unpleasant is euphemism. Once we entered the room we found in a very lazy toaster, both the walls and the tents showed huge sticks of what, the safe was badly sticked to a wall and the dirty fridge bar. Unfortunately this is nothing compared to the bathroom. The hotel's description seems to be a pretty good thing if you don't have a shower box, but you have to wash yourself on the washing machine. A very dirty tent divides the toilet and bidet from the washing/douche, if it doesn't remove it you find it in your face if you have to use one of the two. It is in favour of the fact that if you remove the tent you can easily use the laundry and the toilet at the same time as sitting on the last one is almost with the face in the first. The only positive note in this dirt sea the spacious balcony (also it was kept very bad)

Check in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

Stayed here in room 212 for 4 nights. I arrived pretty late due to flight and train delays, but there was no problem checking in at 11pm. Check-in was simple and all they needed was the passport. There's a city tax which wasn't charged until check out My room was on the 2nd floor and there's a lift. The room was supposed to be a double, but the bed was obviously two singles pushed together. The mattress was soft. Although it was comfortable enough, it was uncomfortable at the juncture of the two mattresses. The ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink, with towels provided. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was no problem getting hot water. The room also has a desk, but no chair. The staff were kind enough to get me a chair after I made a request for one. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a garden and lots of seating sheltered under gazebos. On a sunny day, it’s lovely to sit in the courtyard. The room had a small balcony with just enough room to stand and overlooked the courtyard. Pleasant, but not all that useful. There's WiFi throughout the hotel, with no problem getting a signal anywhere on the hotel grounds. It worked well. Location wise, the hotel is 10 minutes walk to the beach, beaches 28 to 32 if walking directly towards the sea, about 15 minutes to Rimini FS train station and about 20 minutes walk into town. The building is in an area mix of residential housing and converted hotels. Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are slightly old fashioned, but comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. For the price paid, there’s not a lot to complain about.
