Near the sea, friendly staff, good breakfast. Even the weather was bad, we felt amazing and the hotel meet our expectations. Bathroom fixtures are outdated, but cleaning was done every day and that makes us a pleasant stay.

Typical Romagna welcome, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner with excellent quality, good food. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, the partner beach is 50 meters away. Congratulations to all the staff, for the commitment they put into it. Greetings to Matteo, Antonio and all the staff.

Per il costo basso non mi aspettavo un hotel super lusso.. però la pulizia dovrebbe essere sempre presente! Eravamo io mio marito e nostra figlia. Siamo stati 3 notti e l'unica cosa la mattina la signora delle pulizie "sistemava" il letto. In quello della bambina nemmeno il lenzuolo. Per il resto le foto parlano. Mi dispiace ma non lo consiglio.

A 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Rimini, di fronte alla spiaggia di Rivabella, la vera forza dell'hotel ci e' parso il prezzo: 87 euro in coppia per due notti con colazione inclusa, seppur a febbraio, ci e' parsa una tariffa molto onesta. Personale gentile. Peccato per la scarsa pulizia del bagno e il lenzuolo con una macchia gialla.

Leggendo alcune recensioni ,avevo un po' di timore ( ma era comodo in zona che volevo dopo essere stata residente per 16 anni a Rimini)ho prenotato per 2 notti con colazione .Al telefono subito ho notato la gentilezza .Arrivata il 9 Maggio 2023 ho notato che :carino ,cordialita' ,disponibilita' ecc ; vado in camera che mi avevano assegnato in base a quello chiesto al telef .e inizio ad osservarla tutta e tutto era perfetto ( pulizia ecc),apro tapparella (elettronica) e rimango stupefatta per la vista mare e canale, non volevo piu'rientrare in camera per quanto era bello.Esco in serata e rimango fuori con amica per prendere caffe' e Matteo gentilissimo li ha anche portati al tavolo ( non da tutti).Rientro inserendo un codice per porta quindi comodissimo.La mattina scendo per colazione e tutto perfetto dove anche Martina disponibilissima a soddisfare le mie richieste per intolleranze. Risalgo e la ragazza in quel frattempo mi aveva anche fatto camera.Che dire camera perfetta ,pulita ecc.ecc (ah dimenticavo una guarnizione e' da cambiare 😂😂😂)QUINDI CHE DIRE ,TUTTO BENE E PREZZO OTTIMO!!E'UN 3 STELLE !!!!Ho imparato una cosa ,che a volte la gente scrive cose assurde non vere o non in base alle stelle .Provare per credere ,SEMPRE!!Complimenti a Matteo Martina e la ragazza delle pulizie.Ritornero' in questo hotel sicuramente!! non capisco come certa gente possa lavorare a servizio di terze persone. alcuni esempi : la mia ragazza in bagno con le mestruazioni e senza nessun kit di servizio a disposizione . chiamo subito la reception ( dal cellulare perchè non c era nemmeno un telefono ) e riferisco che manca la carta igienica , risposta " scendi e vienitela a prendere" mi precipito giu , e nella hall non cè nessuno . dopo 15 minuti minimo risalgo e per fortuna una signora di una camera di fianco, vedendomi preoccupato, è stata talmente gentile da darcene un rotolino più una piccola saponetta ,con le quali ci siamo arrangiati per tutto il nostro soggiorno. alla sera ovviamente abbiamo provato a spiegare la situazione di disagio , ma la risposta è stata una presa per il C " domani te ne porto un pacco intero". ci siamo adattati pazientando per tutto il soggiorno e tale esperienza scioccante ha fatto passare in secondo piano anche la sporcizia della camera, del bagno e delle lenzuola. Per non parlare della colazione con tanto di insetti nello yogurt . piuttosto che tornare li dormo su una panchina !

L'albergo è in stile anni 80, sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. Le porte delle stanze erano veramente leggere e sottili quindi non ci hanno dato molto la sensazione di essere sicure. Siamo arrivate in albergo e abbiamo trovato 4 letti in stanza pur avendo avvisato prima che saremmo state 5. Siamo arrivate nel primo pomeriggio ed è stato aggiunto un letto a castello solo in serata che non ci è sembrato nemmeno troppo sicuro. Il bagno era davvero piccolo e avevamo l'acqua fredda nel bidet, nel lavandino l'acqua era solo bollente (che per fine luglio non è proprio il massimo). Nonostante la lamentela in reception non è stato fatto nulla per modificare la situazione. La doccia era a pavimento e non aveva nemmeno la tendina per chiudere e non bagnare il resto del bagno. Sul balconcino c'erano due sedie di plastica con i braccioli rotti con il rischio che, sedendoci, si sarebbero rotte definitivamente. A fine soggiorno abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare le valigie per andare a fare colazione (che non è inclusa), ci hanno detto che si poteva ma le avrebbero messe in reception praticamente davanti all'entrata e in bella vista invece di metterle in una stanza chiusa per sicurezza.
