Premier Inn Manchester Airport (M56/J6) Runger Lane North

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

Great value

A big, 'thank you' to Miguel, Santi, the chef and the team at Runger Lane North, Manchester Airport hotel. The staff have been incredibly friendly. They are the reason why we keep coming back to this hotel. I have a strict diet and the staff were so helpful to make me comfortable and provide me with the information I really needed. I could not find this essential information through email or on the website but they made time for me and came to the rescue. Thanks again to Miguel for truly going beyond my expectations. You can always rely on a Premier Inn to be the same good value wherever it is situated which includes the airport Food menu has recently been extended withots more delicious food on offer.

Room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, although was looking a bit tired in areas. Had a meal in the restaurant, surprised at the quality and the service was excellent. Easy to book the transfer for 4am and £5 was cheap in comparison to a taxi and the transfer time was minutes. Would stay again

Rooms need upgrading, bed was torn and tired with holes in the side of the divan base. The bathroom whilst clean has seen better days . No safe for valuables. In the bar area lots of little flies around the drinks area and the again in the restaurant at breakfast time around the bread and the cooked food area .
