Near airport nice place , have small bar downstairs easy for transport next flight ✈️

I chose to stay near the hotel because I had an early morning flight. HKD 500-something for one night is acceptable.

Always handy to get to the airport, Always come to stay here when travelling. Perfect! Like the food aswell!

Customer service was terrible. Booking in process awful. Noise level in rooms is really bad if you are near a fire door as it slams shut all night in the corridor. Breakfast not great. Hotel was clean but window didn’t shut in room. No sleep

Perfect stay pre departure.

The room was nicely designed, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, it was close to the airport, the price was reasonable, the hotel restaurant had good breakfast and dinner, and it was very convenient to get to Manchester city center; the bus stop was a 0.7-mile walk away, making transfers easy.

Self-service check-in is very convenient and there is a paid parking lot at a reasonable price.

Overall it's very clean, but the heating is a bit unstable. The hotel provides paid catering services, the selection is sufficient, and the food quality is satisfactory. 

It's average, the parking fee is expensive, and there is nothing around

Always our family go to hotel when flying from Manchester. Just off the M56 motorway. They have a sister site directly opporsite. Car parking is charged we don't use this and have a friend drop us off just make sure to input vehicle registration in at reception so they don't get a ticket. Bar and restaurant are relaxed and not loud. Rooms we always ask for an accessible wet room due to someone in the family having back issues and needed to use a shower than climbing into the bath and then a twin room. If you book quite far in advance you can get a good deal compared to closer to the date you need. Cleanliness never found a problem. Reception can book you a table, would be great if you could do it online or give a link when you have booked a room to be able to do this. they can also organise a taxi for next morning. If a family of four with four large cases they will have to order you a minibus and cost is £20 to terminal 2. Taxi driver arrived early and was very efficent in helping with cases and bags infact he told us to relax and let him do the work but we like to help especially when the cases are heavy. Had a small issue with the bill with using a discount didn't help we were tired but manager on duty came and knocked on the room and informed us he said he would give us comp breakfast or drinks but since we were leaving the hotel around 3-30am this was not viable. The manager managed to refund us most of the money back with some remaining to be given back on our next visit he said he would put a note on the bookings. Look forward to staying on the 5th March 2026.

Good airport hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice bar area & resraurant. Would stay again when travelling from Manchester airport.
