Excellent service always in hand and super polite, rooms spotlessly cleaned and food was excellent. Definitely coming back if I am on business around the area again. Recommended to anyone that travels to the area. Not far off the Bournemouth area or Southampton

We use Premier Inn Family Rooms as our first choice for travelling around, but this Premier Inn was the worst we have stayed in by far. The positives were: all the staff were lovely. The Negatives were: broken air conditioning, small car park which you need to pay for despite it being on an industrial estate! the breakfast options were limited, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable - we will not stay at this Premier Inn again.

What a fantastic stay!! Tobey couldn’t do enough for me. Always there to help with a lovely smile 😊. The whole team was amazing and I would recommend this site to everyone. There was an issue with the AC at the time and he assured me that this was being rectified. True to his word, the engineers on site got the AC working again.

We are staying here right now and the staff have been incredible, from reception to the restaurant the service is what I would expect from a 5 star hotel, nothing has been too much bother and everyone has gone above and beyond their job to make sure we have had a great stay. The room is impressive, modern clean and tidy and fully stocked, we had dinner in the restaurant and everything from the steak to the curry was incredible, we would come here for food always if we lived closer. We travel a lot and this has been our best stay, best hotel, best staff and best food for years

I'm currently sat in my car ,outside the Hotel, because my room is so hot I can't bear to be inside. There are no windows that open and the air-conditioning is so weak it makes no difference whatsoever. I wouldn't stay here in Summer. Receptionist has been lovely.

The beds were clean and comfortable, as always. However, we paid £200 for 2 nights for a room in Ringwood on ground floor looking direcrly onto the car park. For a room which hadn't been properly cleaned for a while (see pics of dusty and moldy areas in bathroom). Under staffed, so there was 1 member of staff on reception at check in who was understandably stressed. Our room was late being made ready, the check in kiosk wasnt working. Then I didn't see another member of staff on reception again for the duration of our stay. New feature is they don't clean your room daily, you have to ask for it to be cleaned (but there's no staff to ask). We tried calling on our first day, no answer. They've also recently introduced a charge to park onsite, in an area where there is no other place to park and no reason to park there unless you were visiting the hotel. It's an easy money grabbing scheme for them. Hair dryer would randomly stop working Bathroom extractor fan randomly turn on and off, hence the mold. I've complained to Premier Inn, they've ignored most of my points and said I should've complained at the time (to the staff that weren't there, presumably).

After a 5 hour drive it was good to be welcomed by the bubbly red haired Manager .Room was clean and bed so comfy. Dinner was served by a smiley dark handsome fella and the next Day he was Duty manager too . A good thing Premier inn has done to get staff to know all departments of the business.Looking forward to coming back :)

Had a great stay here. Firstly, we were made to feel very welcome by Mackenzie who made us feel at home & was very polite. The cleanliness of the room etc was top notch & helped us decide on booking a further getaway date. The mixed grill my partner opted for was beaut & great value for money. Jane, who we saw on many occasions was always busy but very hospitable, professional & cheerful. Thankyou everyone, we will be back.Xxx
