Great location, away from the tourist crowds, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, pretty good.

Had a great stay there. I liked the breakfast and the location.

Classic hotel, perfect

The hotel is dated, but well-maintained. Daily cleaning. There was even a sauna in the room, although it wasn't working. The room was large and spacious, with a giant shower. Breakfast was standard for Brazil: fruit (papaya, pineapple, melon, watermelon, bananas, and even peaches and plums early in the morning), bread/rolls, cheese, ham, and even fish pie, scrambled eggs, cereal, and yogurt. The location was good; it's quite safe to walk around, although you should always be on your guard. Flamingo Beach is nice, with clean water, better than Copa and Ipanema. It's a short walk to the famous colored stairs, Lapa, and the city center. The only unpleasant thing was at the end: they charged me for water, which I didn't even have in my room. Naturally, I said I didn't drink anything, and they didn't charge me. Check these items immediately upon arrival.

Great hotel! Great breakfast! One downside: the air conditioner in the room is old and doesn't cool it well. 15-minute walk to the beach.

As soon as we arrived, we were met with a bed full of cookie crumbs, hair, and filthy! I hope I never have to return to this hotel. A very negative experience.

Hotel well located, but reception service leaves a lot to be desired. Very old property with many things in need of renovation. Room smells of mold. Breakfast with few options.

Hotel simples, despretensioso, mas muito gostosinho. Gostei muito da minha estada.

Muito boas as instalações e a estrutura do hotel. Me surpreendeu positiivamente a localização, tem muitos restaurantes e bares próximos. O café da manhã também é muito bem servido. Voltando ao RJ, quero me hospedar nesse hotel novamente.

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto bem grande, com ante-sala. Um pouco antigo, mas tudo limpo, organizado e confortável. Chekin e checkout foram rápidos. Café da manhã razoável.
