Hotel Bandeirantes

Everything was great, I only have one complaint: the valet took more than 40 minutes to show up. The receptionist kept messaging him and he didn't respond. I was very tired from the trip and still had to wait a long time for him to park the car. The parking is paid and expensive; it was R$105.00 per day for the car, and I had to wait all this time. I was even afraid to go out by car because I was worried it would take a long time to get and park it, which is why I took Uber for sightseeing.

We booked through the app and the photos looked great, but when we arrived at the hotel we realized they were old photos. Our bathroom had hair on the floor, in the shower, and in the sink drain. The air conditioning didn't work and there were no blankets. The air conditioning issue was resolved on the first night, after several calls and a long wait, with a portable air conditioner. The blanket issue remained unresolved throughout our stay. Although some employees seemed willing to help, there was no follow-up or communication when the answer was negative – like regarding the blankets. The employee said, after calling twice on the first night, that there were no blankets available at the hotel and that they would try to send an extra sheet, which never arrived. The truth is that even though it's cheap, it's not worth it. Hotels literally next door, with basically the same price, offer much better service and comfort than Hotel Bandeirantes.

The hotel looks okay, but the floors in the room aren't washed or even swept. The first five minutes of walking around the room leave your feet black and sandy. They also stole my shorts, and the receptionist said they couldn't access the cameras, claiming the company maintains them remotely. They didn't even bother to look into it. It's really disappointing to see guests treated this way.

Average hotel, average to poor breakfast. I'm thin and the mattress springs were noticeable. The receptionists were excellent.

The breakfast was very poor, with no variety, and the bathroom in the room looked like a hospital bathroom! If you weren't careful, the shower water would spill out, soaking the entire bathroom and potentially causing an accident for the guest.

The accommodation was very good, we were very well received and the lodging was excellent. The location was also good, a very safe street and close to the beach, restaurants and pharmacies.

We really liked the hotel.... I would definitely return. Very polite.
