Awesome place: great rooms, delicious breakfast, nice spa. Well-equipped gym on the 18th floor, pool with a view!!!

A great location close to Copacabana beach and easy access to the metro. The breakfast buffet has a varied choice and the rooftop pool and bar also offers stunning views and a great atmosphere.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the location is great, within walking distance to the beach. There are bars and supermarkets nearby. However, check-in time is at 2 PM, and early check-in is not possible.

The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars.

There were a lot of people, but the breakfast was great. The surroundings were average, but it was good value for money.

The hotel was pretty nice and in a really good location just a short walk from the beach. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the hotel is quite dated and could use some renovation.
