The hotel quality was below the average. The room was not well cleaned (e.g. I found old sock under the bed). Mosquitos vere all the time in the rooms. I needed to change room because of some bug/insects raid. Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs was cold or overheated (it gained this blue-grean color when you cook eggs to long). For the next time I would avoid this place.

Really lovely hotel in a nice part of Rio. Staff are really friendly and helpful, especially as I speak English and everyone else is speaking Portuguese. The room was lovely and clean and the cleaners came here everyday to freshen up the room, put fresh towels in the bathroom and change the sheets. The pool was lovely and very quiet which made the experience much better. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel very much but the one day that I did, there was a good variety of food. Can’t fault this hotel, very pleasant and would definitely stay here again.

Good location! Access to metro is convenient!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my partner. All the furniture in the room is old and the cooling system has no control because it was old and it is only manual and I have 2 buttons only on and off. There is no other option to adjust the room temperature. Breakfast is between 6 and 10 am and at 9 am they run out of some food and they don't refill it. It is not worth the price you pay for booking a room in this hotel.

1. first of all, this hotel is not a 4-star hotel, and the main image with which the hotel is presented does not belong to it, the hotel has 2 floors, an old building, not an image of a new glass building, and this aspect is very important, because the Trip.com application should provide correct information, and not mislead customers. This information should be corrected urgently, because I consider myself deceived. 2. the only good thing about this hotel was the staff, who jumped to help us every time, were polite and extremely helpful, I liked this aspect, but ... 3. the hotel is extremely unkempt, the rooms are relatively ok, but the first night in the room we had cockroaches everywhere, the next day they changed our room and we ended up in a room that had a crooked bed frame and the mattress was lying on one side, so I fell out of bed. The third day they moved us to the third room, which was more ok, but the mattress was only defective on one side, but the bathroom smelled extremely bad. In the end I left it like that because I didn't want to stay 4 days to change 4 rooms. 4. Breakfast, the most unpleasant experience. The food was so bland that you wouldn't say you had anything to taste, it wasn't varied, it's clear that I would have preferred to eat out than at the hotel. If you still offer breakfast, how is it possible to charge for an expresso or a cappuccino? The free coffee offered was something in a filter, which was not drinkable. If we were in Brazil, one of the coffee countries, and we paid hundreds of euros for 4 nights, is it possible to pay for a coffee at breakfast that was overcharged? The fact is that it was one of the worst experiences at a 4-star hotel (which I repeat is 3 stars) where the kindness of the staff cannot compensate for the lack of quality of the accommodation services, the staff score 5 out of 5, the hotel score 2 out of 5, the breakfast score 1 out of 5. I believe that the hotel management should reconsider the quality of the information and services offered! Thank you!

Good value for money

Great choice for exploring Rio with perfect location

This is an extremely impressive hotel i have ever experienced. The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle. if I could score higher, I would have given triple so high as full score for Diego's service! I am really really glad to recall the days in this hotel!!!

The hotel is very well located next to the Catete station and Largo do Machado. I stayed in a ground floor room which was clean, but the noise from the air conditioner next to the window is quite loud. Otherwise, both the breakfast and the facilities are very good. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Overall, it was clear that there is no commitment to the customer, as the information provided on the website that led me to my decision was incorrect and undermines your credibility. Your advertisement said breakfast and parking were included, but at the hotel I had to pay for parking so as not to leave my car on the street. Extremely unpleasant.

This is my second stay here and I still find the room comfortable and spacious. I really like staying in the suite with a bathtub to relax. The breakfast was delicious once again.

The facilities are a bit worse than those of the central hotels in Sao Paulo, but the price range is very reasonable. The sanitary conditions are average, and the toilet has a bit of damp smell

Good hotel, Good for visiting the city center, Close to the metro for access to the southern zone. Simple but good breakfast. Heated pool, not large but pleasant at the end of the day. Access to a gym next to the hotel.
