Clean rooms, good location. Only setting the right temperature in the shower was a bit difficult.

The receptionist service was adequate, breakfast service was disappointing, the young man didn't seem to care and was looking at his phone most of the time while the older man seemed to be doing everything...the food didn't seem fresh and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Our room had a bad smell and there were stains everywhere I looked both inside the room and the general hotel.

I do not recommend! For this money you can book a very better hotel, for example Nobile. The photo shows the state of the room, also where are the sockets of the bedside table, there is no kettle and there is no drinking hot water in the entire hotel. The hotel needs renovation!

It looks a little better in the photos. The staff is super attentive. Very friendly. But there are many improvements to be made to the facilities.

Very well-located hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace and pool and sundeck area. The TV remote didn't work in the room, nor did any of the reading lights. I struggled with the desk lamp switch to get an extra light. Check-in and check-out were super-easy thanks to the front desk staff on the morning shift. The breakfast area had an ugly aesthetic, but the waitresses were attentive and the food and drinks were very good.

The hotel is very nice and well located. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. Check-in was quick, we were very well received and received all the attention from the staff. Breakfast is served with a variety of items and fresh fruit. We liked it and intend to return!

The service was very good. The room has a leak in the air conditioning which also makes a strange noise. The TV lost color at times. Breakfast was well organized, it had many delicious items, but as we stayed for a week there was no variety of items. Every day was the same menu, with only the cakes and one or two other items varying. But everything was very tasty. The cleaning was superficial and during the week they didn't change the sheets, only the towels. The bar only has drinks. Only Brahma beer, there was no energy drink and the items in the minibar and basket were very expensive. The phone didn't work at many times, the TV remote was very difficult to pick up channels and the bedroom light burned out on the first day. These are simple maintenance tasks that, if carried out regularly, make our stay more pleasant, please the customer and a more satisfied customer recommends the hotel to other people, therefore there is greater profitability. But access is good, the staff are very polite, the environment is organized. And the hot shower is wonderful, what a delight, warm water, with strong pressure. The bathroom is top notch. I would come back again if I needed to, but I suggest the owner make these improvements to make the stay even better.

Great location. Breakfast was reasonable, without many options. The facilities are old, and have a bit of a musty smell. But the air conditioning worked well, which was very good, as the weather was very bad.

Service 1,000 out of 10! The staff gave me all the support I needed, the rooms were clean! I will be back again! I highly recommend it!

We believe that breakfast can be improved. The variety of products was great, but the quality of some items left something to be desired.

Hotel with excellent location, close to the beach, shops and subway stations. Good service and breakfast. building facilities in good condition, except for the pool and gym areas that need to be modernized and better maintained.
