"I changed my booking from Valence to Clermont Ferrand North as this hotel was now nearer my route to Dieppe. I was very surprised how good the staff were in the hotel. I arrived late and all was sorted at the desk in the IBIS next door. The room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. I requested Gluten Free breakfast and the bread was ready and waiting for me. The breakfast was excellent and have had far worse in very expensive hotels. As a budget hotel thos one is very difficult to beat."

"I had booked a room. The employee made a mistake and assigned it to another person who arrived after me. The hotel was full, so I found myself without a room. The employee also had the nerve to tell me that she could not make the other person leave and that she could not do anything. As a long-time customer of Accor hotels, I find this unacceptable and I will not recommend this hotel from now on. Avoid"
