"We visited Grantley Hall for afternoon tea yesterday and it was honestly the loveliest experience. The food was exquisite and Stefan was a delight to meet. We were welcomed by Isaac at the gatehouse and he was like a ray of sunshine. Tony helped me with my Mum’s wheelchair as we arrived at the main doors and he dedicated time to us to tell us the history of the estate. Sophia looked after us during our afternoon tea and she went over and above to ensure that we were well looked after. Kevin was a perfect gentleman and also checked in on us to make sure everything was OK. Stan and Benjamin kindly took time to show me the Valeria’s area which is absolutely stunning also. The attention to detail in each and every area and room is impeccable. I fully appreciated how much effort the team put into making sure that the place is aesthetically pleasing from top to bottom. I would highly recommend Grantley Hall to anyone wanting a perfect day/night out. We are already looking at when we can next return for an overnight stay!"

"We wanted to stay somewhere a little bit rural and cosy but still with easy reach of the nearby bustling towns and cities of Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough ...and this pub/ Hotel ticked all thd boxes and so much more . From the moment we arrived we we're greeted with a friendly front of house team and shown to our beautiful and spotless room. The bed was super comfy and i loved the molten brown products in the bathroom, my absolute favourite. For our evening meal we booked a table for 7pm , we sat next to a roaring log fire and tucked into our home-made fish and chip's which we're so tasty and fresh. Again the staff we so attentive and looked after our every need. Breakfast was out of this world!!! Lets just say we didn't leave feeling hungry..the sausages and black pudding were the best we had ever tasted ..i was told by the waitress everything fresh is locally sourced which is great to hear. Absolute gem of a place..definitely be back in the summer."
