Zash Country Boutique Hotel & Spa

Zash Country Boutique Hotel & Spa

📍 SP2/I-II, 60, Riposto
★★★★ 8.5 (70 reviews)

"This is a superb hotel beautifully appointed from the gated entrance, up the long drive to the welcome you receive. We had a room overlooking Etna in all it's snowy glory. What a sight to wake up to. And that was after a fabulous meal in their 1 star Michelin restaurant. From the amuse bouche to the teramasu, simply a delight."

Donna Carmela Resort and Lodges

Donna Carmela Resort and Lodges

📍 Contrada, Via Grotte, 7, Riposto
★★★★★ 9.4 (69 reviews)

"I had been dreaming about this place while planning for a year and still think about it a year later. I had been in contact with the hotel to organize our girls trip and the staff was very accommodating and kind. The stay was beyond expectations with a well maintained property and beautifully appointed rooms. Our group stayed across 4 different room types and they were all beautiful. The breakfast was AMAZING! You definitely need a car to venture out from here but it’s well situated. Being the sister to Pietradolce is also a highlight as you can see the commitment to quality and sustainability at both vineyard and resort. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I would definitely come back again with friends or my husband for a romantic getaway."

Mar dei Poeti - Luxury Suites

Mar dei Poeti - Luxury Suites

📍 Via Lungomare Pantano, 81, Riposto
★★★★ 9.7 (10 reviews)

"We had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The location is fantastic, with stunning sea views and a view of Mount Etna from the breakfast terrace. Breakfast itself was a highlight—beautifully prepared with fresh local ingredients and something new each day. Our room was very clean and spacious, with both a balcony and a private back terrace, perfect for relaxing. Nino is a professional, welcoming host and a great communicator. He made us feel completely at home and entertained us with amazing stories from his global experiences. A special mention to Christina, who greeted us daily with a warm, charming smile and was always attentive. She truly went above and beyond—a credit to the holiday experience and someone who makes a real difference to your stay. Highly recommended—thank you Nino and Christina for a truly memorable stay!"

Le Giare B&B

Le Giare B&B

📍 Via Camillo Benso Conte Di Cavour, 233, Riposto
★★★ 9.1 (12 reviews)

"Stayed here for a destination wedding that was about 10 minutes away, VERY clean older B&B. Loved the pictures and antiques. There is no lift and quite a few stairs so carrying bags up was a little bit hard. In a very safe and pituresque neighborhood. Would recommend stay here if you have a car as there are no close taxis or Ubers (they come from Taromina and will charge you). Not sure sure what towns or activities are around (town very quiet) and we only stayed the two nights."

Santantonioresort

📍 Lungomare Edoardo Pantano, 49, Riposto
★★★★ 9.3 (40 reviews)

"The hotel left an outstanding impression on us. As a family, we travel frequently, but we have rarely experienced such a high level of hospitality. The son of the family (Andrea) seemed to be available for guests almost 24 hours a day—he recommended restaurants to us in the evening, drove us into town, and even offered to pick us up later that night. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and incredibly attentive. In our view, it is hard to imagine better care for guests. The property itself is new and very well maintained. It is clear that the concept of the hotel is designed to keep the number of guests small (a maximum of 24), allowing them to provide truly personalized, 100% attentive service. Keep up the excellent work! Family Meuth"

La Terra Del Mezzo

La Terra Del Mezzo

📍 SP2/I-II, 59, Riposto
★★★ 9.0 (15 reviews)

"La Terra del Mezzo is a wonderful agriturismo tucked away in a beautiful lemon grove, somewhere between Etna, Taormina and the Ionian coast. A truly special place to stay. Hosts Gianni and Claudio go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They are warm, attentive and genuinely passionate about their guests’ experience, nothing is too much trouble for them. That personal touch really sets this place apart. The setting is stunning, surrounded by citrus orchards with views of Mount Etna. The rooms are comfortable.Breakfast is delicious, with homemade cakes and freshly squeezed juice. The dinner is a highlight too, a generous four-course set menu using fresh, local ingredients. Warmly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic taste of Sicily."

"Relaxing experience overall. The rooms are comfortable with stunning views of the beautiful land. We enjoyed all of our dining options, for a few day trip we felt we had everything we needed on site. The view of Etna from the pool was really gorgeous. Our room had a private tiny pool which seemed to justify some of the high cost. We would love to return."

"Above expectations in all areas! With the warmer than expected temperatures we spent more time at the hotel than planned. With such high services levels it was a pleasure to spend time around the pool area. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and always enough staff available to give you time. At times, the small scale of the main building felt like it was your own private house. The support from the front desk via WhatsApp for room service and activity planning worked very well. We used the hotel transport and driver for a local winery lunch - another service we could not fault. The outside restaurant setting is like a village square/green with a wonderful atmosphere as night. We were also fortunate to be staying when it was BBQ night. The lawn is laid out with outdoor cooking, buffet and bar, it felt like most guests attended this event. The breakfast experience and menu is equally very high service level and excellent food cooking. The Sicilian breakfast which I could not see on the menu should not be declined if offered"

Mar dei Poeti - Luxury Suites ★★★★
"This is a superb venue if you’re looking for something high quality, quiet, away from the tourist hub with a great view and professional friendly atmosphere, that’s not a hotel room. The host (Nino) is especially helpful with nothing too much trouble. His breakfasts are varied, incorporating local produce and Sicilian authenticity. A magnificent way to start the day on the outside rooftop veranda overlooking the Mediterranean coast. Close to restaurants, across the road from the water with views to Etna. The accommodation is clean, spacious and bright with local sculptures and an array of interesting art. A winner not to be overlooked."

Le Giare B&B ★★★
"Disappointing cold and unwelcoming. On arrival I wondered what on earth I had done. Pulling up the run down streets, filled with rubbish, and the b and b had its shutters all shut- never saw the open. We went off and explored Taormina which was stunning and arrived back in the evening. The rooms are spacious and very clean but cold and unwelcoming. The old metal beds are rock hard and uncomfy. The TV tiny, and without the nice touch of other b and bs with streaming services available. The area had some nice bars and restaurants but wouldn’t recommend it as a place to stay, even though we could easily visit lots of areas from there- there are much nicer places to stay."

"Very thankful to hear that the San Antonio Resort in Riposto Sicily did not suffer damage from the Cyclone. We are very much looking forward to returning this spring, and reconnecting with the wonderful people of Sicily!! Can't wait to enjoy the absolutely delicious food the resort has to offer! Traveling with friends
La Terra Del Mezzo ★★★
"We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Sicily. We booked directly with them and it was all fine. The building is surrounded by and contains a lot of vegetation, which made it feel a bit like a tropical paradise. The rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. The fridge in the room works great, but it's a bit loud so we unplugged it overnight. The one thing missing for us were hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels - a very simple and cheap thing to add, and hopefully management reads this and adds them. The breakfast had a good selection of items and was available at a decent time (8:30 to 9:30), though it's quite a short time. They do not serve lunch, so you'll need to make your own arrangements for that. Note that there's nothing within walking distance, so you'll either need to drive to a restaurant or buy some food in advance. You can get drinks at pretty much any time and they have a good yet quite limited selection. They serve a delicious dinner. It's a set menu of 4 courses (4 types of starters, first course, second course, dessert and water) and it changes every day. It's a lot of food and it's fairly late in the evening (starts around 8PM and you get the desert close to 10PM), so we went to bed feeling very full every night. It would've been great to be able to order only some of the items on the menu instead of all. The service was very friendly, which made the whole experience pleasant. The prices they charged were alright. All in all a great experience and we would be back, though management could make some minor improvements."

Agriturismo Galea ★★★
"We loved staying at Galea! The staff is really friendly, the room is basic but more than fine, the pool is great with a lovely view and the dinner is delicious and fair prices. The breakfast is also very nice, with some homemade things as well. A great place from where you can do several activities. But still very calm and relax, out of the crowded touristic areas. We would recommend staying here!"
