"We spent three wonderful nights at the Adler Ritten Lodge with our daughters, ages 8 and 12, and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most beautiful experiences we've had in a mountain resort. It was our first time at an Adler property and, in all likelihood, will be the first of many. The location is simply enchanting: immersed in the greenery of the Renon plateau, above Bolzano, the resort blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape, offering a truly rare sense of peace and connection with nature. The experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The welcome was warm, authentic, and unhurried: the staff took all the time necessary to guide us through the resort and carefully explained every service, making us feel like welcome guests rather than just customers. Our two-level chalet was magnificent. The entrance on the upper floor led to an elegant relaxation area with a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the silence of the forest, while the fireplace, stocked with wood and everything you need, contributed to a warm and romantic atmosphere. The bedrooms were located on the lower floor: the master bedroom overlooked the private patio with a spectacular view of the Sciliar mountain, complemented by a spacious bathroom with every amenity and a splendid private sauna. The girls' bedroom, with its own private bathroom, guaranteed comfort and privacy for the entire family. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully furnished, using natural materials that blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Another much-appreciated detail was the free minibar, always fully stocked. The all-inclusive package is top-notch. Breakfast offers a rich assortment of high-quality local products. The lunch buffet is complemented daily by freshly prepared specialties: we particularly enjoyed the excellent dumplings and a memorable barbecue served on the panoramic terrace. Dinner is a true gastronomic journey, with carefully prepared dishes, elegantly showcasing local ingredients, and the opportunity to sample every item on the menu. Also noteworthy are the wine pairings, always perfectly balanced and showcasing the excellence of Alto Adige. The spa deserves a chapter of its own. A swimming pool, spacious wellness area, panoramic sauna, relaxation room nestled in the woods, and an extraordinarily large and well-equipped gym make your stay even more special, offering moments of true well-being for the whole family. A truly unique added value is the Renon train station, located right outside the resort. Thanks to the Guest Pass, kindly provided by the hotel, we were able to completely forget about the car and explore the area comfortably by public transportation and on foot. A sustainable way"

"We are not usually making reviews, even if we have been visiting Trentino Adige for 10 years. However, this hotel really deserves a separate speech. And it is a reflection we make after we have been there for the fourth time. It is a small family-run jewel in a position to get away from breath. It is not the usual hotel, it is a " house ". Little, warm, really a heart-place. At least for us. A magical place. A place to listen to silence, to admire the wonders of nature, a place of peace and well-being. It is a small refuge for the mind. A refuge to escape from chaos, noise, frenesia. I think I can say that it is not a place for everyone. It is a place for the interpreters, for those who appreciate details, care for details, quality, and above all, the silence. The family that manages it with love is really delicious. Supreme kitchen. "I arrived with my wife from a very sticky Verona by car, feeling fairly depleted, and rather like Hans Castorp arriving on The Magic Mountain. And sure enough we were welcomed with a drink by Klaus, the owner/proprietor, and I began to feel waves of wellness float over me immediately. The hotel is quite unique. It is family run and has a very personal, understated quality about it. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful. From the dining terrace one sits looking over the small lake to a vista of rather gothic mountains in the distance. The food is delicious, wholesome and excellent. Accompanied by a generous buffet for those who wish to supplement it. And, of course, the superb wines of Alto Adige. The staff are charming and efficient. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Plus one gets the Ritten Card - for free transport on trains and cable cars to all the many local resorts and attractions. At the end of our week I was refreshed, renovated and raring to go. What more can I say? We shall be back!"
