Excellent aparthotel. Stayed for 4 nights, cosy yet spacious apartment with a nice pool and a fitness area that is well equipped and maintained, better than most hotels boast of, even some so cakled 5 star hotels. Apartment had all facilities except washing machine which is in a laundry room.

Nergens wordt je beter ontvangen door een gastheer als Dario. Riva Lake Lodge benadert de perfectie: prachtige, moderne appartementen met kwaliteitsvoorzieningen (keuken, airco..). Zeer uitgebreide fitness, schitterend zwembad!

Stockwerk - Spa, Sauna nur gegen Gebühr Lage: + Ca. 6-8 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Riva, über die Hauptstadt möglich oder direkt am See, sehr schön + Supermarkt Coop in ca. 5 min erreichbar, wie auch eine kleine shopping Mall +Restaurant in der Nähe, wir bevorzugten Restaurants in der Stadt + gute Restaurants, Leon D‘Doro, Pizza bei Bella Napoli

La struttura è bella e moderna, ma per la cifra spesa per una notte fuori stagione (200 Euro) il bilancio è decisamente negativo. L’appartamentino ha un bel balconcino ma l’arredamento decisamente spartano e freddo. L’armadio è a vista e non ci sono tende, complemento d’arredo per me indispensabile a creare un ambiente accogliente. Ma per una notte questo dettaglio potevano anche essere ininfluente, peccato che al nostro arrivo il riscaldamento era spento e abbiamo sofferto il freddo per ore, prima che la stanza si scaldasse, In cucina disponibile qualsiasi tipo di utensile compresa la macchinetta del caffè, peccato neppure una capsula a disposizione almeno per un caffè al mattino, cosa che sarebbe stata gradita visto che la colazione non era compresa nel prezzo. Sicuramente non consiglierei questo residence che oltretutto è lontano sia dal lago che dal centro.

Das Riva Lake Lodge nennt sich auf der Webseite Apart Hotel. Als wir ankamen war niemand da. Das funktioniert nur per WhatsApp. Während unsere Aufenthalts war niemand da, außer wenn der Inhaber mal am Check in zufällig war. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, hochpreisig und werden nicht gereinigt. Dafür gibt es in der Garage Stausauber usw. Die Wäsche wird auch nicht gewechselt und Handtücher auch nicht. Das hat uns bei über 250 Euro die Nacht schockiert. Ein Frühstück gibt es auch nicht. Vom Prinzip ist es eine Ferienwohnung ohne jeden Service. Wenn jemand um 23.30 Uhr mit Tischtennis beginnt gibt es keine Anlaufstelle für eine Reklamation. Es gibt viele gute Sachen wie einen großen Kühlschrank, Parkplätze, Mikrowelle, Balkon und Sauberkeit. Alles recht neu. Das stimmt, aber was bringt mir das bei dem Betrag und wenn ich nicht mal Handtücher einfach wechseln kann. Von unserem Zimmer aus konnte man auf ein Werk schauen. Das war nicht schlimm, aber die Geräusche leicht störend. War die Türe zu, hörte man nichts.

Alles per W'App mit Annalisa und Dario, die perfekt deutsch sprechen. Ungewöhnlich - klappt aber super. Im Sommer helfen die beiden schulpflichtigen Söhne mit. Sehr gepflegte Anlage von 2017 o.ä., netter 10 m Pool mit tausend Liegen und private kleine Gärten mit Esstisch und 2 großen Liegen, oder Terrassen im OG zum Chillen. Poolhandtücher wurden uns nicht berechnet. Schattige Plätzchen und Bäumchen. Kinderfreundlich, nettes Klientel (Familien und Pärchen), Fitnessraum haben wir nur zum Morgenyoga genutzt. Sieht aber komplett aus und wird frequentiert. Waschmaschinen geben das Gefühl mal große Mengen einfach und schnell selbst waschen zu können. War bei uns nicht nötig. Eigene Parkplätze (Parken in Riva sonst 2€/h). Großer Fahrradkeller (besser mitbringen). Sehr ruhige Lage (Strassenlärm? Partylärm? Quatsch!!) mit Blick in die Berge und ca. 15 min zu Fuß zum Spaggia, 20 min bis zum Hafen.10 min. im Auto nach Arco und zum "Go fast"-Skatepark. App.sind gut klimatisiert (bei 35°/26° nötig!) und chic, Küchenzeile top. WLan überall. Frühstück (?? Gibt es nicht...Sind ja aber auch Appartments) Wir konnten unser E-Auto in der Garage laden. Weitere normale Netzsteckdosen zum Nachladen sind in Vorbereitung. Ständiges Vollladen macht man ja auch woanders...
