Plug in tub did not hold water so I could not take a bath, water did stay hot long enough to shower, and telephone didn't work. Reported to front desk staff at least three times & they never fixed any of the issues.

We booked two rooms in total, and the front desk helped arrange for the two rooms to be connected. We were quite satisfied with the arrangement for our family trip. The breakfast is very fresh, not many styles, but overall good

The front desk personnel was wonderful! They were very accommodating especially Yasmine. We were disappointed in the housekeeping. We weren't told that it would be every other day and needed to stop by the front desk for towels. The day we had housekeeping they simply dropped off towels and emptied the trash. Our bathroom tissues and toilet paper ran out with no extras in the room.

We paid because there was a pool that was advertised at this place. However, the pool was not open because it hadn’t passed inspection yet.

Really friendly staff as soon as we walked in. Room was clean, looks/feel a little older. Our tub was peeling but overall it was a good stay.
