Siamo stati la settimana centrale di agosto, siamo stati trattati divinamente appena entrati in albergo fino alla fine ad arrivare alla partenza Il gestore un ragazzo giovane con esperienza nel settore e molto presente e disponibile con tutti. Il servizio gentilissimi Colazione super Mezzogiorno tavolata con cibi e insalate di tutti i generi a scelta Sera idem Mangiare ok quasi tutti i giorni pesce complimenti alla cuoca ci sa fare Ve lo consiglio

Non fatevi ingannare dalle vecchie recensioni: l’Hotel Eureka Riva Azzurra ha cambiato gestione e ora è tutta un’altra storia! Il personale è disponibile, affidabile e soprattutto simpaticissimo, sempre pronto a strapparti un sorriso e ad aiutarti in ogni esigenza. Le stanze sono semplici ma ben tenute, perfette per il prezzo pagato. Il cibo? Davvero ottimo, con un servizio rapido che ti fa godere ogni pasto senza lunghe attese. Una piacevole sorpresa che merita una seconda chance! Grande Fede

Siamo stati a fine mese, avevamo prenotato per 2 giorni, ma siamo rimasti solo 1. Camera per 5piccolissima, sul pavimento insetti morti,muffa sulle pale della ventola, del bagno che dire..probabilmente quasi in comune con un altra stanza vista l.apertura sopra del muro dove arrivava puzza di sigarette veramente forte, sporco. Vergognoso.

Não voltamos nem de graça!! Um grupo de 65 pessoas agendados á meses, chegamos e não tinhamos os quartos disponíveis como era suposto. A maioria dos quartos sem ar condicionado, as casas de banho horríveis sem condições. As refeições HORRIVEIS ! Uma semana a comer a mesma coisa, metade das pessoas não comiam porque o comer não chegava. Durante a noite não havia ninguém do hotel, tivemos 1 noite sem luz em alguns quartos e os pais que estavam hospedados é que tiveram que resolver o problema. Uma experiência HORRIVEL !

Hotel da evitare reception inesistente pulizia pessima nel bagno c’è un piccolo piccolissimo lavandino ad angolo che non riesci neanche a lavarti le mani non ti rifanno neanche il letto a noi hanno lasciato i lenzuoli piegati sul letto … dovrebbero chiuderlo

Отель оставил хорошее впечатление прежде всего хочу отметить девушку администратора с рыжими волосами она на своем месте решает все вопросы всегда приветлива и вежлива очень хороший работник .Другой рецепционист даже не сочинил нужным озвучить свое имя выдал нам номер с плохо работающим кондиционером, счастью все удалось наладить. Отличные вежливые работники клининг быстро качественно убирают всегда приветливы. Завтрак однообразен и я получала комментарий что я много беру еды в то что я беру не только на себя но и на сына осталось непонятым . В целом спокойный отель с короткой дорогой к морю мы благодарны вам за отдых да были некоторые нюансы но вы молодцы,мы к вам вернёмся .
