The apartment's location is very good. It is less than a 10-minute walk from the center and opposite a nice coffee/breakfast spot with tasty breakfast options.
Unfortunately, the apartment had not been cleaned properly before we moved in. There were dirty stains everywhere, breadcrumbs in the drawers, and a portable air conditioner covered in dust. Eventually, after asking a very sweet housekeeping employee, we received a clean portable air conditioner, so that was great. We also received extra towels when we asked for them.
A major downside is that we had reserved a parking spot for a fee (20 pounds per day!!!) and were given the hardest-to-park spot in a corner with a pole, because that was the only one left. In the end, on the days we had the car, there were simply 3 other spots empty where it is easier to park.
The apartment itself is well laid out and equipped with almost everything you would need
except a coffee maker. I really found that to be a downside, because you do expect that in an apartment like this.
Check-in and check-out went very pleasantly; we received clear instructions via email. All in all, had a pleasant stay.
