They arranged early check-in and late check-out for free, which was nice."

"A difficult hotel to review. It is a good hotel that could be better. It is a old resort that really needs some attention. Rooms are big and comfortable however dated. Bed and bathroom were good without being outstanding. WIFI worked well. Hallways really could do with a spruce up. Hallway carpet was old, faded and worn. Pools and spas were good without being outstanding. One report said they were dirty. Some was beyond the issues of the hotel as it was windy and dusty though the town and it wasn't so much from being not clean but with dust and leaves blown around. Water quality seemed good. Staff tried hard and were polite. Overall, this is a old and dated hotel but is comfortable and well priced. It is not a 5 Star Hotel and it is what it is and if you accept that. It is a reasonable place to stay. I would stay there again."

I asked for a microwave, and it was delivered right away. I also received toothpaste, slippers, and other essentials."
