It is a beautiful, peaceful home in a quite family neighborhood in Riverside CA near a variety of shopping and dining. Full kitchen stocked with service up to 20 guests. 3 bed/2 bath with added air mattresses and sofa beds for sleeping additional guests. Cleaned and disinfected from door handles to the floor. An open floor plan centrally located to many of the sights of Southern Calif parking on site. The space The game room is in a separate building in the private back yard. Pool table and activities for the whole family. The home has built in AC/Heater units and ceiling fans in each room. bedrooms have their own AC units. Space heaters provides in winter for additional customizable room temperature. The house has a full kitchen, bedding, pillows, toiletries, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, serving dishes, etc... The ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge is NOT connected. Guest access You will be able to access the building at the front of the property and the back yard. The side gate has a coded lock that you can use to access the back yard as needed. Other things to note There are 2 Buildings on this property, the main house and the game room. Parking is available in the driveway (4 vehicles comfortably) and on the street directly in front of the house (2 vehicles comfortably).
