Upon arrival, the floor in the room was visibly dirty. I cleaned it. The chair by the desk had dirt in it and the card with the tv channel information had old food that had harden on it. In the corner of the closet area there was an old damaged metal box on the floor. Not sure what it was. The property outside was run down, nothing like the photo online.

The freaking worse place. This is not a hotel it’s a homeless and drug encampment. Stay clear displace will rob you of your money.

I had to book another motel because my plane landed In the morning and you have to check in at 3 to get into your motel. I booked a different hotel because I needed a place to get sleep. The place did not let me receive a refund back neither.

Customer service is terrible. The entire property is dirty ( rooms and all ) and I switched rooms twice due to the inconvenience of none of the room s being cleaned. Food left in the refrigerator from previous guest leaving a foul odor behind.

Rooms were flirty! Tried 3 of them. Broken window. Front desk staff was pleasant and agreed to refund the night which left us having to find another hotel after a long day of travel! Still waiting for the refund

Property looks worse than pictures and quite rundown. I requested cancellation way before check in and still got charged a night and didn’t hear back from them on the request.

Disappointing. Desk in room broken, walls needed repairs in a few places, Old pool, not in use but filled with dirty water. Some areas under repair. Looked like they are trying to remain open during renovation. TV remote did not work.

Unclean and bad service
The rooms were unsanitary and there were cockroaches in them, we didnt stay even one night however they would not cancel or refund our stay even though we didnt even stay one night. Unclean, and terrible service
