The staff , the room But you need to ask about water bottles if isn’t enough and the slippers too

I had a very pleasant stay at Centro Olaya. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I felt welcome at all times. The location is also very good, and everything was easily accessible. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again anytime. Thank you for the excellent service!

This hotel is great for anyone who just needs a place to sleep after finishing their tasks. The rooms are very small, perfect for one or two people at most.

I'd like to thank Mr. Mohammed Al-Otaibi, the receptionist, for his warm welcome, elegant speech, and professional demeanor. I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and excellent service.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and I like Centro. I was given a room at first which had a very bad view (water tanks). Then the receptionist supported and changed my room instantly to a better one. For the amenities I requested a loofah and it never came other than that there were no slippers in the room but when requested it was provided.

It was amazing stay that I wish I could stay longer. Everything is nice and tidy. Highly recommended for business travelers especially. The location is great and convenient.

What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!
