Don’t like this hotel at all. It’s like a 3 star hotel. My first and last here. Everything about this hotel is smell old and dirty. The areas also full with Bangladeshi, Indian or similars. Only the breakfast is great !

The hotel was not renovated in 2023, it is quite run-down and very small. In addition, the attitude of the service staff is quite poor, and the service level is very average. The worst Crowne Plaza Hotel I've ever been to. The carpet in the room was dirty and old. The bed in the room was clearly 1.5 meters long, but they said it was 1.8 meters long. The wash basin leaked badly, and the whole bathroom was full of water when I washed my face. The air conditioner was very loud, and the sound insulation was poor. It was not easy to sleep at all. I asked the front desk every day to change the room, but the front desk said every day that there was no room. They didn't change my room until the 7th night.
