I will start with the check in, I asked them to make my friend do the check in for me since it’s my wedding and I’m busy to do the check in. They refused and said I must attend and hardly they allow my friend to put my clothes in the room. The staff in the lobby was slow and not welcoming as they should be. Also, when I asked them to change the blanket of the bed they took so long and I called three times for it last call they didn’t even answer, assuming that I will get bored and not order from them again. Second time I ordered slippers the same night and they took exactly the same way I called three times and from the second call they didn’t answer me. I was embarrassed with my wife that I was standing waiting for the slippers to enter the bathroom. The worst and what make me so angry and never ever want to try any Fairmont, that when I tried to explain to the guy who in charge to help me he said “ OUR SERVICE AT NIGHT SHOULD NOT BE THE SAME AS DAY TIME, YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT” His tone was like trying to deliver a message to me that I know nothing and it’s first time for me to pick a hotel with 5 starts ( basically he disrespect me ). I explain what happened to me to the laid how’s in charge of customer service in lobby and she said we will get back yo you. Until now no one even call to apologize. Keep in mind I booked it for my honeymoon thinking that I would have amazing moment with Fairmont 👎
