"Amenities are good. The little things that matters most should be checked, like towel replacement. As our towel got soaking wet in the pool, we requested a replacement but, the receptionist mentioned that they’re not into replacing towels which is part of hygiene, especially we have a kid who has sensitive skin. Also, there should be a rug available at each room as the room will get wet after swimming which can cause wet bed and floors."

"The room was big and complete with essentials. Tho, sheets and pillow cases were noticeably old because of the stains. You'll also feel that the surroundings are aging and not well-maintained. "We enjoyed the rooms, spacious and has good air-conditioning. Wifi is weak when you're on the second floor. Would have been nice if there's a microwave to reheat leftover food (ordered from restos located in the resort) Staff are friendly, however, I'm rating this property 2 stars because upon checkout, they charged us for two missing towels when all of us are sure that no one took anything. We stayed in Arusha and Aster, and at first they're saying that the missing towels are from Arusha, but then said it was Aster (who checked out earlier than us and was informed that everything was ok before they chcked out) I don't know, this looked suspicious to us and left us disappointed and annoyed. Spent a LOT on this place and will never ever return because of two towels (charged 1350) and their towels are worn out. Some of use didn't even use those. Their "farm" is just sad, small cages for the birds, one turtle, one python and a huge sad snake . Kuya who is doing the tour is nice and informative, but the animals are just sad. We also tried their atv, this is not for beginners but the guides are helpful in assisting us."

"The room itself was pretty and had a beautiful view of the Manila skyline, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we arrived, there were someone else’s dirty socks left in the closet, and there were no towels in the room, so we had to use bath robes to dry off the first night. The windows overlooked the city, but they were so dirty it was difficult to enjoy the view. We ordered dinner to the room on the second night, and the dishes were left outside for two days without being picked up. There also did not seem to be any housekeeping service during our stay. Noise was another major issue. There was a pickleball court outside the room that stayed extremely loud until after 2:00 a.m., and there also appeared to be some type of construction or work happening nearby or on the roof that added even more noise. The restaurant was also disappointing because many of the drinks listed on the menu were unavailable, along with about half of the food options. The positive part of the stay was the staff. The woman at the front desk and the security guards were all friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. Overall, the hotel has potential because of the nice rooms and location, but the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, noise, and restaurant issues made the stay far less enjoyable than expected."
