設施：洗手盆太平，水往地上流，積水很厲害，晚上上廁所都害怕孩子滑倒，沐浴露洗髮膏啥的都在洗手盆上放着，使用的話需要再出來拿進去，如果提前拿進去也是放地上，連個架子也沒有，浴室沒有門，水都往外濺，馬桶邊上有洗手盆濺的水，浴室濺的水，直接快趟水了。花灑架還是壞的，要想把小花灑放在上面洗直接不可能，掛不住！ 衞生：衞生怎麼説呢？眼不見為凈吧，服務員打掃衞生時把使用過的浴巾毛巾直接扔到門口的地上，地上礦泉水瓶啥的都一塊堆那，有點違反規定了！ 環境：環境整體還算可以吧，房間寬敞明亮，酒店還有機器人呢！ 服務：前台服務挺好的，就是早餐我們八點去的時候啥啥沒有，菜基本全是空的，青菜就衹剩下包菜了，麪食衹有饅頭，其他都沒有補充，水果也沒有，飲品就看到酸梅湯，而且衹有一個底子，也不知道是不是早餐用的。

我們從北京開車來，提前到服務區用攜程看的這家，顯示有房，下訂單之前我還特意打電話提前詢問，得到的答覆是沒有房，並且詢問網上為何還有房時，服務員以各種理由推脱（什麼沒有房拉，半小時之前就沒有了，我們忘了撤了種種）讓我們訂大床房，（比攜程貴不止200塊）我們開車直接殺到日照運總大酒店，前台又説有房了。 好戲開始了，我們訂了3間房子一個在6層一個在7層一個在3層，我們小兩口住在3層，6層7層父母在住，，服務員以離我們近着為藉口，把7層的媽媽直接換到我們隔壁，本來準備出門了，一開門發現隔壁開着門，路過直接一股惡臭（就是那種100個人上完的廁所味一樣）給我們薰回來了，一看把我媽換到我們隔壁了，給我氣的，直接給前台打電話前台好像已經準備好了，馬上出現一個人，説給換屋子，我問為什麼給換成這種屋子，服務員開始演戲了，各種支支吾吾，含糊不清，這還不算完，屋裡特別特別潮濕，是特別潮，還沒有空調衹有排風，床單被子枕頭濕噠噠的，最後我們換到了10層，10層基本不潮而且有空調，我們感歎，這不就是欺負老實人嗎，我們不説話就隨便安排，説話了反應了，就給我們好房間？ 最後還有個事，因為我開了一路車沒有早起想多睡會，父母早上自己出去玩了，早上九點，服務員瘋狂敲門，為什麼呢我開門她問我退不退房，給我氣的我都想罵街了，你敲門沒錯，因為你不知道里面有沒有人，這服務員大概敲門敲了5分鐘，這不誠心嗎，生生給我敲醒了，什麼早餐巨難吃，都是小問題了，對了夜裡下水道返味還給我媽薰醒了
