The hotel was clean and in a good location. The fronts desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, at the restaurant and bar area it always felt like we were inconveniencing the employees. At 11am it was between lunch and breakfast and they weren't too interested in cooking any kind of food. At 8pm the kitchen was already mostly closed so the menu was very reduced. While these times didn't seem too extreme for us, it was not convenient for them.

Beautiful boutique hotel off the Pier in town close to everything. Beautiful views and staff was very friendly
. I loved the free rum punch upon arrival. Food was delicious and staff brought it to the room.

Good place to stay for people on sailing adv.
We stayed while waiting for our sailing vessel to be ready for a week of sailing around the BVI. This is a convenienent place to stay. Easy to get to from the ferry.

Upon arrival 3.30 pm til 10 pm on a Sunday afternoon the music from the outdoor bar was deafening. We asked the staff to lower it but no change. It was so loud that inside our room it was blasting. Arriving tired it was overwhelming and even in reception with the door closed we had to yell to be heard. There was no one dancing or partying except staff who were supposed to be working dressed in staff uniforms.

Our room had plumbing issues. The hot water pipe started a loud knocking then no hot water for an hour when it just started back. This was after 9pm.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 nights, we were given a king bed on the first night, then got the queen beds for the second night. No compensation was given for the inconvenience.
Also the towels and linens was discolored, brown which was a big turn off.
I did like the location of the hotel but that was it.

I booked a room for 3 adults. It only had one bed and a couch. Had to ask for extra bedding but no extra towels were provided. Room was very old and not pleasant at all

Good for one night stop over
Stayed one night before a chartered sailing. Staff was very nice and friendly. Arrived late afternoon one hour after check in time and the room was not ready yet. Stayed on a Friday night and they had cocktail hour by the pool with free pickies, which was nice. The room was booked/advertised as a condo with two bedrooms. We did not know that it was a private condo in a property next to the hotel, not the actual hotel. More of an air B&B style. The condo was very spacious and nice to have separate rooms and bathrooms for a family of four. It was definitely “lived in”and could use some freshening up, lots of personal belongings throughout, and not sure how long any of the dry goods had been sitting around. Was not able to use the coffee maker - filter was full of grinds and moldy. TV service in all rooms, but couldn’t log into any streaming due to international restrictions.
It satisfied our need for one night.
Coffee shop around the corner was a good stop for morning caffeine and breakfast.
