"Warning: DO NOT STAY at MOTEL 6 at 495 GALLAHER ROAD, KINGSTON, TN 37763 BEDBUGS!!!! I checked in on Wednesday July 29 and started getting these bites on Friday the 31st. Went to the walk-in clinic on August 1 thinking it could possibly be a traveling tick bite to find out it was bedbugs. I took a Ziploc bag dead bedbugs in it, as well as a live one that I had caught to the front desk. The lady apologized and told me that she would have the general manager Greg Patel call me because I asked for a refund. I told her before I removed everything I was setting off a bug bomb because I didn’t want them in my vehicle. I tried to call Wednesday August 5 numerous times also again on August 6 as well as texting the number on the card for the GM with no response, as well as Friday, August 7, and several times a day since. I got their corporate office involved and now they are denying that they have bedbugs and will not refund my money. So I’m going to put this on here with the video I took as well as pictures. Beware, I also confirmed that the people staying two rooms down from me were having the same problem and they were checking out Thursday. I have repeatedly called to no avail, when someone does answer they tell me the GM isn’t there or is unavailable. And it’s funny they only pick up when I call from a different phone number than what they have on file for me."
