"The bed wasn’t that comfortable, the shower door wouldn’t close, the room didn’t have a good smell to it. The most crazy thing is paying for parking and I have stayed at other spark by Hilton never had to pay for parking! Yes I would pay for parking if it was like a luxury hotel and one top of that checking in the front desk person was to busy on his phone that is didn’t even notice me standing there until I said excuse me like I was standing there for 4 minutes! I definitely won’t be booking at this hotel unless it’s the last minute timing!"

Was told by desk hotel does not off. Comment was use a towel. I said virtually all hotel tub showers either have or have on request. Comment back was she worked in many hotels and most do not offer. I am lifetime elite Marriott member and always had them at least on request. Cancelled on return leg staying in nearby Courtyard"
