The Hotel Iris is amazing, the staff is really friendly, I love the location in the Center of Roccaraso. We coming back again, absolutely recommend.

Iris - Fantastic friendly hotel
Stayed in the Iris for 6 nights and it was fantastic, upon arrival the front desk was more than helpful and the English they spoke was great. The room was very good with a very big walk in shower, breakfast was great with a wide range of cakes, buns along with cold meats, cheese, cereal and eggs and bacon upon asking. Tea, coffee and juices were also to hand. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and very helpful. What a great hotel this was and I would recommend this to anyone who's wanting to stay in a great centrally located hotel.

Lovely stay
The hotel was very clean and high standards for only 3 stars, very close from city centre and easy access to all attractions around. I’m very happy with hotels services and I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel completamente diverso da quello che appare sul sito. Sopravvalutato sicuramente. Colazione scarsissima senza buffet, personale a cui bisogna chiedere ogni cosa. Personale delle pulizie che sbatte porte e mobili già dalle 7.30. Roccaraso in generale da evitare. Turista spennato in ogni cosa.

Siamo andati in vacanza in famiglia. La nostra camera famigliare era accogliente e spaziosa, ma soprattutto molto illuminata...ogni parte della stanza ha il suo televisore e nel pomeriggio è organizzata l'animazione per bambini, la colazione abbondante e lo staff professionale e gentile.

Mi chiedo se sia deontologicamente giusto che il titolare di una attività ricettiva e turistica possa rispondere infastidita alla richiesta telefonica di poter portare o meno in vacanza con noi il nostro Golden. Preciso che su booking c'è scritto "animali ammessi", iniziate con il correggere le info. Forse sarebbe meglio avvalersi di collaboratori che piu di lei sappiano essere gentili? Io in ci penserei. Sconsigliatissimo.
