Me and family. Dinner for 4 on Wednesday 7 August. Booked by my daughter who anticipates for education that we have 3 poodles with us, perfectly behaved and quiet. Arriving at the resort, we visit the Aperitif area by asking the barman where the restaurant was located who, without even a "good evening", raises his hand indicating and telling us to go past the garden. Bad impact. But so we do and following the garden we approach the restaurant area which is located on a terrace which is accessed by a flight of stairs. We don't even have time to go up 3 steps that a waiter, without even a good evening or rather, a welcome, asks us from above where we were going. I point out the reservation and the waiter confirms, points to our table located in the garden, isolated and on the grass, and therefore it was not necessary for us to go up onto the terrace. I ask: excuse me, why not on the restaurant terrace? You know, there is already another dog in the center and we don't want there to be problems? We sit at the table but after only 5 minutes, isolated and attacked by mosquitoes, I leave a 10 euro tip that I hope went to the only person, a woman, kind of the evening who brought us water, and I tell them that we prefer to leave. The couple of waiters who had welcomed us asks why and I reply that it was the worst welcome and service that we had received in many years of travel and local experiences. Obviously, the poor professionalism and education of the staff, as obviously the unwelcome presence of dogs, even though they wanted to assert the opposite. If it had not been so, they would have made us go up and let us choose whether to stay on the terrace or in the garden isolated. But everything was already arranged by them.
