Comfort Inn & Suites West - Medical Center

First time staying there.  Location was good for us.  Easy route to visit family from the hotel.  We did a 3 night stay.  Didn’t deal with much service, but the desk attendants were very nice.  Room was adequate and quiet.

Rooms are basic and somewhat old. Breakfast not great. Pool and spa were closed. Room seemed clean

Easy to find. Very clean. Worst part was curtains did not close so light shine in all night from the parking lot

I feel like I wasted my money. There were other nicer hotels in the area to choose from. Next time i will pick one of those. I got locked out my room, I don't know how many times, because of the broken locks on the door. It was just ridiculous having to go to the lobby several times a day to get back into my room.

I chose this hotel because reviews said it was family friendly. When arrived i asked for a crib or at least a pack and play but i was told they do not have one. I asked if it is being used by other customers and simply they are out. No they never had one. If you are travelling with young children or infants this may not be the right place for you.

My stay was comfortable and my room was clean. That may seem non-exciting, but for me at the end of a long day filled with travel and tests at the Mayo Clinic, what I wanted was to find a good place to eat and have a good clean room to rest and get ready for the next day. This hotel and the surrounding area gave me what I needed. Thank you

Great place! Beds were super comfy, had all the amenities we needed, quiet. Only disappointment was the pool being down. But that was beyond anyone’s control and at least they made arrangements for guests to use the hotel next door’s pool.

The room that we were given initially was not clean so the front desk had to move us. The hallways of the hotel were disgusting like they hadn’t been vacuumed in years. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Large comfortable room in a great location near Costco. I would definitely stay there again.
