Courtyard Rock Hill

Greeted upon arrival. We took advantage of in house bistro for dinner. Room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Especially liked the love seat sofa and ottoman which made television watching cozy!

My shower pooled up the first night I arrived. So my son was able to shower, but I was not.The second night it pooled and did not drain. I had to use chopsticks to open the drain cover...and what I saw made my stomach turne. So we had to get extra towels and take bird baths for the rest of out stay. The sink ran /dripped constantly, which was annoying. I took pictures and videos of the filth. It is absurd that I paid $100+ a night to stay in filth.

Dingy dirty feeling hotel. Not worth the money. Lights burnt out in room. Staff not helpfull.

The staff was all so friendly! Very conveniently located off the highway and had a great bar & Starbucks for customers.

They would not let us stay there because they said the ESA is not a service animal. I have paperwork that says different. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever book with a Courtyard by Marriot. We had by service with them. I booked this room a month or more ago.

Parking and check in were easy. The employee who checked us in was super kind. The room itself was fine but the towels and bedding had stains. Room was clearly not vacuumed. Pool is not heated and should be advertised as such. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our kids but we could not even swim in it. I liked being able to get the Starbucks in the morning.

Clean and nice. Decent area. Well lit parking. The only thing I was shocked about is that I could not get a complimentary coffee in the lobby. I had to buy one, that was a first for me.

The facilities were adequate except: 1) Why have an indoor pool, if the water is so cold a polar bear would not be comfortable in it? 2) Why offer breakfast as part of the room cost and then have only one person to fix it for all guests. U may think that u are too high class for a continental breakfast but i have stayed at motels just as nice, if not nicer, that do. 3) If you are going to have a bar, hire a bartender, who is somewhat of a people person and one bartender to serve all at happy hours, ain't gonna get it. Expand your beer choice. 4) BTW, the lady that greeted us upon our arrival was a jewel!

Nice size room. Actually booked a king bed with sofa bed mobility room but our room only had a chair. Asked why we didnt get the room we booked, was told mobility rooms didnt have couches. Site needs to be changed or check in needs to pay attention. Room was nice and comfortable. Ice machine on our floor was broken. Nice area lots of eating places close by
