Due to the new computer system implementation going on at the facility when I arrived, my online reservation with confirmation, was messed up and I still haven’t completely resolved the problem. My door to the room was broken and a label on it said lift only. Not only did You have to lift, but you have to push hard with your body to open. I requested double beds in my reservation bc it was for 2adults, and one bed had a fitted beaded sheet. Only one face towel was in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was awful. Only one kind of juice available, no jelly available, eggs cold even on the burner, coffee cold in dispenser, and no sugar packets. None of the receptionist could fix my bill, however Ellise certainly tried. I’m not usually this forward, but I’ve never encountered situations like this. The hotel room and lobby were clean.
