Breakfast no quality , lamp near bed dusty and switches dirty. Asking for the $100 warranty from the room.

Due to the new computer system implementation going on at the facility when I arrived, my online reservation with confirmation, was messed up and I still haven’t completely resolved the problem. My door to the room was broken and a label on it said lift only. Not only did You have to lift, but you have to push hard with your body to open. I requested double beds in my reservation bc it was for 2adults, and one bed had a fitted beaded sheet. Only one face towel was in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was awful. Only one kind of juice available, no jelly available, eggs cold even on the burner, coffee cold in dispenser, and no sugar packets. None of the receptionist could fix my bill, however Ellise certainly tried. I’m not usually this forward, but I’ve never encountered situations like this. The hotel room and lobby were clean.

The room we occupied was convenient and clean. There was an issue with renewing towels however that was resolved. Another of our reserved rooms had no bedspread and the sheets had to be replaced because of having blood stains, very concerning.

This property is located next to restaurants and other areas of interest. The hotel itself needs updating and better maintained. The room had issues. The carpet was wet, which I didn't see until my phone charger cord was damp and I found the wet carpet, which is a mystery since the weather was cold and the a/c was not in use. Also the bathroom door was 2 swinging doors and the knobs were missing. Holes for them but no knobs. Also the coffee pods did not fit the coffee machine in the room. I need my morning coffee! The breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 am on a weekday and when we went down at 6:15 not everything was ready so we couldn't get it to go.

The lobby was very clean. The front desk staff and the housekeeper were very personable and professional. I had an issue with the first room that I was assigned. Without any hesitation I was relocated to another room. The hotel is near shopping and multiple restaurants in walking distance. I was there with my special needs daughter and I felt comfortable coming in at night. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel stay was overalll good, however, there were some minor issues with room. I stayed at room 119, there is a small leak somewhere in which water is slowly sipping through the vinyl flooring near the bed (closest to the yellow chair). Also, the water flow on the zinc is very poor and water on the zinc clogs up.
