The property appearance over all was good. The staff were just "ok". The housekeeping service was terrible. They had no ectra towels to give

The room itself was clean but the door did not work properly. It had trouble opening and closing. This was a problem with a lot of rooms there. Breakfast was decent.

Only stayed one night, but property was clean and quiet. The front desk personnel was very friendly.

This was a very terrible experience. We were in Room 328. First, the bathroom door wouldn't close, but that isn't the reason for this review. The HVAC was loud. It wasn't so noticeable until we went to bed and then the fan woke us up roaring like a jet engine. I tried to change settings and it seemed better for a while, but woke us up again at 1AM. I dressed and went down to the Front Desk to explain the situation, but the attendant kept telling me to go back to my room, reset the HVAC and wait for 15 minutes. It told her it was 1AM and I just wanted a new room so we could get some rest. I even asked that she come and listen to it, but she said she couldn't. After about 5 minutes, the attendant finally gave me a new room. I asked if my wife and I could leave my our belongings until the next morning, but she was insistent that we gather everything and move it to the new room. Finally, we got settled in our new room, but it wasn't easy to fall asleep after the exchange and having to gather and move everything. Due to that, we woke up late and the breakfast was being removed. I will never stay at this place again. I was hoping for some compensation, but since I went through a third party, all I got was an "I'm sorry" by the morning desk attendant.

Slippery slopes Well, the room above have had an angry woman wo stomped from 11:30pm until 1:30am. She then started again at 5:30am. After only getting 2 hours sleep due to this the fire alarm went off and we got dressed, grabbed our phones and it was chaos. Upon making it out of the room the alarm stopped. So after having basically no sleep due to their insanely terrible pillows $169+tax dollars later I had to make the last 8 hours leg of our trip on solid ice with no sleep. I would have driven the whole way through if I had known I was going to pay for a nice room and think I would get some rest. Stay at your own risk. If I had known I would have to drive alone with my 15yo with the intention of getting sleep but actually none at all, I would have gone somewhere else.
