Stayed for 9nights we wanted to keep the room for an extra 3hours on our last day, they said NO hotel is FULL they need to clean the room, 5 minutes later they told us yes, you can keep the room the cost will be 150euros!! Absolutely disgusted! We were prepared to pay a little extra but that was the price for a full night! The restaurant was almost empty most nights , no atmosphere, no background music, food was average! We had to book at reception if we wanted to go to the pool, after 11am, because members of the health club got priority, very odd!! On a positive note the staff at breakfast were excellent!

wanted to have dinner at the clubhouse. it was not possible because of a private party. though, we are staying here!!!! and nobody offered us any other options. came back to the hotel and asked whether we can order a pizza. the answer was no. but they were open to reserve a table for us at a restaurant nearby. it turned out they also have dinner at the hotel. nobody said a word about it. so we sat down. waiting to order dinner. but you can only order dinner every half an hour!?what is your problem?!? and they did not even ask whether we wish to drink anything while waiting. really bad service.

I give 5 stars only to hotels that are surprisingly outstanding. This one is perfect in all respects but does not really stand out, perhaps beside a clever architecture and excellent spa with all possible amenities and 25m indoor heated pool. (Outside large pool I do not count in. Nice setting, comfortable rooms even though they are not really large. Staff was hospitable - even now, out of season with the hotel almost empty. So in the end, also price reflects these four stars.

Sono stata per fare un po' di ore nella spa e fare un massaggio totale che mi era stato regalato. Sono super soddisfatta. Personale gentilissimo, posto pulitissimo e super accogliente. La ragazza che mi ha fatto il massaggio bravissima. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Davvero complimenti! Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato una splendida giornata nella vostra SPA. I prezzi onesti e la SPA, seppur piccolina, è molto carina e tranquilla. Una nota di merito per la gentilissima ragazza della reception (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome)!
