I visited St. Lucia for the very first time and after researching I decided to stay at Coco Palms Resort. I must say for my visit the service I received was pleasant and delightful. The front desk staff helped make arrangements prior to my arrival and even during my stay they assisted in whatever way they could. I stayed for a total of 3 nights and enjoyed my stay till the very end. The hotel is located near the Reduit beach which is beautiful, the pool at the hotel was very warm and inviting, my room didn’t have much of a view but it was well kept, housekeeping came daily and changed towels. I took the all inclusive package and it was very well worth it. The drinks were excellent and the bartender provided recommendations which were on point- the rum punch is a much have. The food at the restaurant was good, however I found that since they had the same menu for lunch and dinner, it was a bit limited on what to order. But overall I really did enjoy my stay and would highly recommend.

Great location, right next to the supermarket and very close to restaurants. The beach / bay gardens hotel on the beach is around 20 mins walk away but they also provide a shuttle to and from. The room was a decent size, basic but decent, we stayed in pineapple block. Bathroom was basic but shower pressure was decent, no free toiletries. Beds were ok. Balcony was lovely. Breakfast was included and had everything you needed, eggs, meats, fruit, cakes etc. Staff were nice, Samuel at the hotel was friendly and helpful and Elijah at the beach remembered our names everyday and helped set up the sun beds. Only downside, on the last day, we asked if there was a shower room to change before we left for the airport which there was, we were given a time to be back for but we had to wait for nearly an hour to get in to the room which was 5 mins before our taxi was due to arrive, not the best end to the holiday.
