Cotton Bay Hotel

Nice hotel with relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful beach. However,standards need to be reviewed regarding cleanliness of rooms-presence of spider,lizards and mosquitoes. Also the staff should be more courteous. A very concerning matter is that of food which we pointed out to the staff-pork dishes were put on the same table alongside with dishes and spoons may have been interchanged because there were so NEAR to each other-This is a very sensible issue.Religious beliefs of everyone should be respected!

Incredible view, tidy rooms, and friendly staff.Amazing pool!! I stayed in room 102. The food was enjoyable, but you need to address the issue of the flies around the jams, drinks, and food. Please find a solution! There were large black flies!

Warm welcome, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach, great food and spa treatment. Many thanks to Williano & Christina (spa) for making our stay memorable. Keep it up.

On our arrival we were greeted by hotel staff with a cool flannel and freshly squeezed limejuice.We were impressed with the cleanliness of our rooms overlooking the sea with a small balcony . The complex is disable friendly . The choice of cuisine was above what we expected with a chef cooking eggs at breakfast any way we wanted the choice of cereal toast orfull English breakfast or continental breakfast a selection of juices and selection of tea and coffee. The evening meal again wide choices of meals and sweets. The traditional sega dancers provided entertainment for all ages two nights and a live singer one night. The pool had a panoramic views over the ocean the pool chairs comfortable . I would highly recommend this hotel the only downfall we were not able to make use of the spa due to our short stay but plan to revisit next year.

Average and Below expectation. The hotel and service is not same as last year. Not value for money. Noise level was good. Cleanliness was good but there was lots of mosquitoes in the room. Only dinner was very good.

A lovely hotel with some amazing staff. Large choice of food at the buffet and more local food would be much appreciated.Cleanliness is spotless in the room and outdoor.Kuddos to the staff behind the scenes,the maintenance team,housekeeping team and the kitchen team.The evening entertainment is great for tourists to make us discover the culture of the local island.unfortunately,a pity the kids club need more activities and some staffing. No activities for clients like aqua gym,dominoes etc during the day.no proper information.Water IS NOT complimentary in the room.The first hotel I came across not to do so.However,staffs are welcoming at the restaurants.

We came here with family and had an overall decent stay. You might enjoy it if you don’t know better. The place itself is beautiful, but it lacks the warmth and charm one would hope for. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our experience. The rooms had ants, and the toiletries provided were quite insufficient — for example, only one small shampoo for long hair. The dinner menu felt repetitive, despite being presented under different fancy names each day. On one occasion, when we arrived a bit later for dinner, there was no dessert left. The service also fell below standard. While the staff were polite, there was little effort to go the extra mile or make guests feel truly cared for.

Me and my wife have been here 9 years ago for our haneymooom. Glad to back with our 2 lovely daughters. We had a lovely stay. Welcoming was excellent whereas food at the buffet was truly amazing. Grateful fo4 chef rusel who took great care for our kids meal Room cleaniness and amenities was good. Constructive feedback _ lack of genuine communication among waitstaff at the buffet. I think with continuous training all will be sorted
