Great B&B. Friendly reception. Perfect location near the station and close to the city, beautiful rooms and a fantastic breakfast. You could use free coffee or tea during your stay. Highly recommended!!!!!

Overall the overnight stay was disappointing. It's mainly about the comfort of the bathroom and the musty styling of the room. Somehow the photos of the booked room did a very good job for me and I expected a hip, high-quality and stylish room design. It wasn't. More like your grandmother's collected things. That can be fun, but you have to do it right. I could have had all this, but then the breakfast was also very disappointing, grumpy employee, unfriendly. Old dry sandwiches, rickety tables, just not up to expectations. Then €150 is very expensive for 1 night in your grandmother's guest room. No hotel feeling. A plus is the location, warm welcome and presence of the garden, which is in the same condition as the rooms.

Paid in advance. 1 of the family members becomes unwell during the night and tests positive on the morning of day 2. Room 2 is vacated early in the morning, the family members go home straight away. When asked what the refund policy was like, we received an absurd answer; “Isn't it already paid and we're done with paying everything back all the time?” The lady at the counter is very young and could have solved this better. For example, being able to make a gesture regarding breakfast reimbursement or something like that, something. She chose to be unkind and cold, too bad, it was already so disappointing! If everything goes well it's nice and warm, but you shouldn't have anything different. Furthermore, parking is strange. A garage is indicated on the website + that exit tickets can be obtained at reception. That is not true. Moreover, it is quite a walk through a tunnel and that does not feel very safe late at night. There is a small parking lot right next to the building, but the young lady advises against parking there. It is also deserted in the evening. It is best to park for free in front of the door between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. and then move the car to the parking lot next to the B&B in the morning. Although the center of Roermond is not far, the B&B is not in the best part of Roermond. This is especially noticeable in the evening, not really a pleasant walk. It is a better place to be towards the Roerkade/in the Center. You hear a lot of noise both internally and externally, you have to be able to tolerate that and if you are tall, do not sleep in the hood, you will hit your head. All in all; We won't be going back, if you do, have fun!

De ontvangst in de B&B was aller hartelijkst. De ligging is vlak bij het station en centrum van Roermond. Parkeergelegenheid is er ruim voldoende tegen een redelijke prijs. De kamer was zeer ruim en netjes. Het bed voorzien van boxspring en topper lag heerlijk. De badkamer voorzien van een ruime douchecabine was netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en ruim voldoende. In de ontbijtruimte waren tegen betaling drankjes en chips te koop. De eigenaren en personeel waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. Kortom een prima plek om te verblijven.

Zauberhafter Empfang: Wir waren (leider) nur für eine Nacht da, haben diese aber genossen und traumhaft geträumt (superbequeme Betten). Das Frühstück war ebenso klasse – alles da. Alle supernett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen dieses B&B weiter.

We hebben net met 4 vrouwen 2 nachten in deze B&B gelogeerd. We vonden het in één woord geweldig. De gastvrouw en gastheer waren heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam evenals hun hulp. Ze hielpen ons onze fietsen op hun plek te zetten en ook nog met onze bagage. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk! Het is een heel mooi oud Herenhuis met heel veel sfeer. Bedden en kamers waren erg goed. Zeer zeker de moeite waard.
