The important things first. Cleanliness, Safe Environment, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower, Nice TV, Good Size Refrigerator, and an AC that would freeze you out. The only downside (if any) was the front desk is only staffed from 9am until 9pm. So you are basically on your own outside of those hours. The complimentary continental breakfast has been eliminated since my stay last year. However, you can still get complimentary coffee from a Keurig in the common area that previously hosted the daily breakfast. For the price, I think it's a great bargain. I have another booking here within 30 days.

The place was clean however had a musty smell probably from carpet. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The description of our “suite” stated that it would sleep 4 and that there would be a “separate sitting area.”The seating area was not separate, but was right at the foot of the beds. There were three of us, all adults. It was very crowded. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no time to talk to the staff about changing rooms as we had an important engagement several miles away and needed to hurry. When we returned, the desk was closed until 9:00 am the next day. Additionally, the kitchenette only had two plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc. If a suite is advertised to sleep 4, there should be dishes and flatware for 4. There were no facial tissues, so we had to use toilet paper. There was only a partial roll when we arrived and no extra. We had to go to the desk to ask for more! Basic needs should be supplied in reasonable amounts at the start of a stay. The bed was ok, but there was not enough cover. I needed a blanket, but there was not one. The bathroom was clean, but carpets were dirty and the blackout drapes were missing some hooks so we had to prop luggage against them to keep them closed. The balcony had one chair although the room is for 4 people! Common areas were dirty. The hall carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and the elevator floor was dirty. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The ice room we had to go to smelled musty. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We travel to this area often, but will not stay here again.

There is NO housekeeping service during your stay if less than one week!! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel which requires you bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones each day during your stay!!!!!

The air conditioning did not work properly the first night. The hotel had a terrible odor. We had to purchase a plug in to make our room smell better. We will not stay here again.

The desk clerk was friendly and the check in was seamless. The room was clean, and most importantly, quiet. The room was a little cramped, and the furnishings looked a little out dated. It was a good room for a fair price.

In my opinion this hotel provides just the basics. Pros: less expensive than other nearby hotels, comfortable bed, effective air conditioning, very quiet, pleasant staff, well-lighted parking area. Cons: staff is only present on property 9am-9pm, only one true accessible room (roll in shower) on the property, used linens must be returned to front desk to obtain fresh linens, one side of the bed is so close to the wall/AC unit that only a child or very thin person could access it, toiletries provided were quite minimal, there was NO breakfast provided and only a single pump dispenser of flavored coffee creamer. I visit this area often and decided to give it a try because it was less expensive than other nearby hotels. However, I probably will not return.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the highway. No breakfast offered. No staff at the front desk most of the time and not at night. Keys only intermittently worked. Never did figure out the TV. Clean enough, comfortable enough. It was graduation weekend and the price was right.
