The restaurant on site served the freshest, best tasting red tuna fillet that my husband and I have ever had! (we live by the sea and have tried tuna steak in many restaurants.) In addition, the potatoes -fried in discs- and the grilled eggplant with a bit of mint, were a delight! The waiter was so pleasant and attentive! A nice , clean and open dining room made our experience all the more pleasant! Kudos and thank you!

We have stayed in Hotel Europa in August. Considering August is a school holiday for most of the countries the hotel seemed quiet and relaxed as there were not that many people around. Kids absolutely loved pool area, it was actually lovely area to relax after sight seeing all day in the heat. Lovely and friendly staff. The only negative for us was 15th of August evening as the bar was closed due to dinner service so you couldn’t get a cold refreshment for kids at all, surely they could have been one person to attend the bar when needed as there were not that many guests staying, the bar didn’t reopen until after 11pm.

I booked this hotel because it has a pool. However, they fail to mention that it is not heated. We stayed there two nights, a week apart. On both occasions, I attempted to swim, but it was too cold. No one else was in the pool. The 2nd time we were there, it was a beautiful hot day of 32 degrees. The pool had not been cleaned since we were there the week before. Why keep it open if your guests can't enjoy it? Why not advertise that it is not heated, so we can make an informed choice whether to book it or find another hotel. Very disappointed.

The best place to stay when visiting Cosenza or the surrounding areas. The hotel is clean, amazing pool. great breakfast and restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mikela. We where 19 people staying here, large enough outdoor space to sit and chit chat. very comfortable. The only negative is tiny rooms.
